NerdyGeek - 10/25/2012, 9:42 AM
Still looks like an Expendables spin-off!
santoanderson - 10/25/2012, 9:46 AM
I'm afraid that these new Die Hard movies are just becoming parodies of the original.
BlueMex - 10/25/2012, 9:48 AM
ill still watch them , rental good movies!
pitbull76 - 10/25/2012, 9:48 AM
Who needs to see the movie, looks like we just seen all the action shots in that trailer.
Happy11 - 10/25/2012, 9:51 AM
@skeeman the son was just young in the first one
SuperDude001 - 10/25/2012, 9:58 AM
Yeah...looks like a crap Expendables spin-off trying to tribute Die Hard rather than Die Hard, which is a shame cause I loved the last one :/
Ha1frican - 10/25/2012, 9:58 AM
Awesome. I love Die Hard 1,3, and 4 (2 never really got me) ill be seeing tis day one
ElShumway - 10/25/2012, 9:58 AM
"Yippee Ki-Yay Mother Russia!" ??? [frick]ing lame as hell! WTF is this shit?!
Ha1frican - 10/25/2012, 9:59 AM
It doesnt look like Expendables because it doesnt look like absolute shit...
manymade1 - 10/25/2012, 10:00 AM
Directed by Micheal Bay.
spidey1994 - 10/25/2012, 10:04 AM
It looks like there's not much of that classic John McClane humour.
continuezero - 10/25/2012, 10:05 AM
I will watch because I love DH, but since when does Mclane travel to go looking for this stuff? I get that he's goin after his kid but the whole point is that he just gets caught up in this stuff and has to figure a way out and blow stuff up along the way.

DH 2 where he stabs that dude with the icicle is still one of the best kill scenes.

XxComablackxX1937 - 10/25/2012, 10:18 AM
They should have stopped with ''Die hard with a Vengeance'' Which was a damn good sequel.

I just recently saw the 4th installment, which was okay.. I'll watch this but not in theater's.
justified1 - 10/25/2012, 10:21 AM
looks so good.
RorMachine - 10/25/2012, 10:28 AM
I fell asleep during the trailer.
buzzman - 10/25/2012, 10:29 AM
It's entertaining - I won't see it in the theatres, but I will probably eventually own it. I've got 1-4 on DVD.
Jolt17 - 10/25/2012, 10:32 AM
Perhaps the laziest movie poster style that has ever been invented, and now it's also overused...sigh.
MisterNiceGuy - 10/25/2012, 10:33 AM
nothing will top the first one.
BackwardGalaxy - 10/25/2012, 10:34 AM
I loved the 4th one. I don't care what anyone says. I'm not very interested in him having a sidekick son, though. We'll see. Here's to hoping...
BubblesShedAndBreakfast - 10/25/2012, 10:34 AM
Yippee Ki-Yay just isn't the same with out Mother [email protected] at the end!:/
TheDudeRises - 10/25/2012, 10:38 AM
Be honest. That looked pretty damn good.
genesis609 - 10/25/2012, 11:18 AM
that my boy from spartacus!
ManofwooD - 10/25/2012, 11:42 AM
so fast this project has been looking kinda lame.
punkstealingluggage - 10/25/2012, 11:44 AM
looks good, the original was the best but i've really enjoyed all of the sequels. I am not ashamed to say that DH2 is one of my favorite movies of all time lol
VaCubFan - 10/25/2012, 11:47 AM
Love it, can't wait... question tho for you guys .. in the first one, when the jerk reporter goes to the McClane house... isn't Lucy shown as a special needs child? I vaguely remember a son, but seem to recall her being interviewed and maybe having Down's Syndrome... or am i high on whiteout?
NovemberGrey - 10/25/2012, 11:49 AM
The first film is probably the best action film ever made, and I get that it has become pretty ridiculous at this point, but I really don't care. I love em all. John McClain is my favorite character to grace the big screen, and as long as they're entertaining and have a good albeit stupidly unbelievable story, I'll be there opening day.

I still stand by my point that they need to do Die Hard cross overs.
THEDARKKNIGHT1939 - 10/25/2012, 12:18 PM
Good trailer. Horrible poster.
marvel72 - 10/25/2012, 1:19 PM
i'll watch it but i don't think it'll ever beat the classic & best movie of the franchise.............

HonestFan - 10/25/2012, 1:31 PM
Anyone putting this down is simply no fun. This looks like a blast. I'd like to take it out behind the Jr High and get it pregnant.
ChanchoMcGrady - 10/25/2012, 1:40 PM
Are we looking at a PG-13 or an R-rating here?
To be honest, and I know I'm gonna get ridiculed for saying this, but I'd rather it be PG-13. I know the first three were R, but when a movie tries to force an R rating, the movie ends up lacking in everything except excessive language and sex. I'd rather see tons of PG-13 violence that will hit a wider audience then a bunch of R-rated violence that will be way more over the top than an R-rated 80's film and hit a smaller audience. Also, excessive swearing is distracting from a movie. I know its realistic because people swear all the time, but seriously, look at District 9. Watch the unedited version. Then watch a version with the language edited out. The latter is much better.
MisterMagurlypse - 10/25/2012, 2:45 PM
Hell yeah!! John's back to kick some ass!!
Greengo - 10/25/2012, 2:46 PM
Cool trailer & poster. @ lol'd @ "Mother Russie" : )
MisterMagurlypse - 10/25/2012, 2:49 PM
McClane, not McLane. Damn Josh, yer slipping. :)
TruePunishment - 10/25/2012, 3:09 PM
Looks like Guys Nite is going to have to add another verse to the "Die Hard" song.
Natetrix79 - 10/25/2012, 3:33 PM
I miss the the dirty, roughed up, scraggly haired, 5 o'clock shadowed, cigarette smoking, covered in blood John McClane!!!
YesOffence - 10/25/2012, 3:45 PM
I can't believe there are people saying how lame this and the poster are. Die Hard isn't suppose to be taken seriously, so if you cant' appreciate the humour behind it don't bother everyone with your opinion
AsianVersionOfET - 10/25/2012, 3:54 PM
I've seen it all.
beane2099 - 10/25/2012, 4:32 PM
I liked it. But a February release date? That's kind of worryssome. But then 2013 does have a lot coming out.
titansupes - 10/25/2012, 4:47 PM
I expected to hate this trailer, because I hated the first one and DH4 was abysmal...but this trailer was good. Loved the humour.

I just wish Willis was more 'old school' McClane and less the overly serious hard man Bruce he's become in the last 10 years. I got that in this trailer.

"You need a hug?"
"Oh, where not a 'hugging' family."
"Damn straight."

I did in fact 'LOL'.
