We're just a little over a week away from one of the biggest action movies of the summer, Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw, and with the release date inching closer and closer, Universal Pictures has shared a pair of new featurettes, three new clips and over twenty ultra hi-resolution photos from the eagerly awaited movie.

The film boasts an impressive cast, headlined by Dwayne Johnson (Jumanji: The Next Level) and Jason Statham (The Fate of the Furious), who are joined on their latest adventure by Idris Elba (Thor: Ragnarok), Vanessa Kirby (Mission: Impossible - Fallout), Helen Mirren (Fast & Furious 9), Eiza González (Alita: Battle Angel), Roman Reigns (WWE Raw), Eddie Marsan (Deadpool 2) and Rob Delaney (Deadpool 2).

Ever since hulking lawman Hobbs (Johnson), a loyal agent of America's Diplomatic Security Service, and lawless outcast Shaw (Statham), a former British military elite operative, first faced off in 2015’s Furious 7, the duo have swapped smack talk and body blows as they’ve tried to take each other down.

But when cyber-genetically enhanced anarchist Brixton (Idris Elba) gains control of an insidious bio-threat that could alter humanity forever — and bests a brilliant and fearless rogue MI6 agent (The Crown’s Vanessa Kirby), who just happens to be Shaw’s sister — these two sworn enemies will have to partner up to bring down the only guy who might be badder than themselves.

@tmp3 - i think they said elba will be dead-shot if i'm not mistaken but i could be wrong .... i think he'd be great as Bronze instead of dead shot .

@knocturnalzen10 - He was Deadshot... but Gunn and Elba decided to agree that it'd be better for him to be a new character; to leave the door open for Big Willie Style to come back in Squad 3. Odds are the character's Bronze Tiger, but maybe it'll be Sports Master or someone we never suspected.
Also, I hope they get a new director for Suicide Squad 3; would be cool if each one of these films had a rotating creative team, like how the Squad's lineup would be rotating too. My choice would be... the Safdies (Good Time, Uncut Gems). Matt Reeves is a already a big fan of theirs, maybe he could put in the good word.
