Deathlok? Where? That's just crispy Mike and a tonne of images of Coulson and Mai doing their perma-smirk.
Kurne - 3/18/2014, 12:39 AM
MajorTom - 3/18/2014, 12:39 AM
Meh!!! This superhero stuff is getting a little bland.
jimoakley666 - 3/18/2014, 12:40 AM
I'm assuming by the end of this episode he's gonna have another limb or two replaced and end up with a scull-cap and metal half-face including big glowing eye. Well. I hope so. Get rid of the Quazar Laser tunis too. Just give him blood red combat tunic.
Destined - 3/18/2014, 12:40 AM
Look at shady Sitwell. And Agent May ftw! And poor Mike Peterson definitely has seen better days. Episode looks good though!
Bearjew - 3/18/2014, 12:40 AM
Looks like a deformed power ranger
nikgrid - 3/18/2014, 12:42 AM
He looks like he is gonna play lazer tag

Literally Laughing out loud at that one!
drykillogic22 - 3/18/2014, 12:43 AM
Rather watch Lou in green paint than this shit show.
kevberg - 3/18/2014, 12:43 AM
Yeah.. Im hoping that this is a transitional look and they give him something cooler than that lazer tag body armor. they have the opportunity to be BOLD----they should take it before its too late.

Foolkiller - 3/18/2014, 12:44 AM
Very disappointing.
Kurne - 3/18/2014, 12:45 AM
Black Power Ranger was always my favorite

IUsedToBeThecase - 3/18/2014, 12:46 AM
LoL. Deathlok looks like a retarded black two face with a piece of destroyed iron man armour.
Agents of shield is still shit.

Waiting for my Suicide Squad
NoAssemblyReqd - 3/18/2014, 12:49 AM
I love that Agent Blake from ITEM 47 is back. It's great that Marvel treats even its one-shots as canonical source material to be referred back to. Hopefully the two new agents from that short will guest in the future.
Kurne - 3/18/2014, 12:55 AM
Yeah I really hope people don't complain about this so much but keep peace in the Arrow threads with the Suicide Squad, Canary etc.
MsDarkPhoenix - 3/18/2014, 12:57 AM
I still haven't seen last week's episode :( I've heard that it was great! I'll see it today!!

Btw, does anyone know if Assembling A Universe will be posted on YouTube or something?? There are people living outside of the US!!
Kurne - 3/18/2014, 12:59 AM

Just download it like any regular episode.
CoulsonLives - 3/18/2014, 1:00 AM
What if they damage Mike's body even more. Then replace it with cybernetics?
MatioShack - 3/18/2014, 1:08 AM
Yeah, kind of hating that. Without being able to see the leg, he just looks like an ugly dude in an ugly suit. Can't even tell he's a cyborg.
LittleDanglyThing - 3/18/2014, 1:09 AM
When is he going to get the side of his face more terminator ish?
MsDarkPhoenix - 3/18/2014, 1:12 AM
@Kurne That's what I'm going to do :P
MericawithanM - 3/18/2014, 1:26 AM
haha I try not to hate on things posted on here but GeekLegion is totally right. But my first thought was that he's playing catcher haha.

yinyangpalms - 3/18/2014, 1:27 AM
LazerTag should be his name. Or maybe DeathTag.
marvelstudios - 3/18/2014, 1:28 AM
Without the leg, it looks a bit off. I'm sure it'll look better in the actual show. I'm hoping he eventually gets a face plate and at least one cybernetic arm.

McFarlaneFan - 3/18/2014, 1:35 AM
First comment nailed it.
Atumbem - 3/18/2014, 1:36 AM
This is the best they could do? Mighty Morphin Power Ranger reject. This is laughable. They should have never done this show if they weren't going to put some decent money and effects into it. At least make it slightly close to the films effects wise.
plan99fromouterspace - 3/18/2014, 1:43 AM
So like, I have defended this show to no end but this Deathlok costume sucks.
19001560 - 3/18/2014, 1:45 AM
Still better than the gay Flash
19001560 - 3/18/2014, 1:48 AM
Deathlok>>> Gay Flash
Zordan - 3/18/2014, 1:56 AM
Hell no
19001560 - 3/18/2014, 1:59 AM
hey, that gay flash will turn into this man!
Shroombeast - 3/18/2014, 2:00 AM
Deathlok is getting better looking but still needs a lot of work.
Brainiac13 - 3/18/2014, 2:02 AM
Thats not deathlok!

Give him the eye piece!

Ceejay - 3/18/2014, 2:02 AM
This show is utter Shite, his costume looks as Cosplay as the Flash's new costume everyone is trying to grit their teeth and say is ok.

It's time to face the facts, this show has been one big wasted opportunity. These are not agents of SHIELD, these are pathetic characters and the producers idea of SHIELD is a lot of people in sharp suits with guns every now and then.

This is SHIELD..

This is Scooby Doo presented as SHIELD..

And yeah, even this was better..

This is Deathlock..

This is a burned up guy in cosplay..

This is The Flash..

This is a skinny guy in a red leather Jacket and leather pants doing cosplay..

This show could have been great, it could have centered on showing us different agents of Shield in two or three-part episode arcs so the viewer got to know more of the varied aspects and operations of the supposedly top secret clandestine organization. Instead we got a bunch of CW level characters only teenage girls would love and an organization presented like the CIA with a college campus for easy enrollment and lots of questioning orders, jokes and very little actual use of SHIELD as an effective force let alone a sneak peak into what its capable of aside of sending in the same bunch of misfit agents who can't stop acting like fresh graduates every week.

Its amazing what fanboys will settle for as long as the choreographed fight scenes are spectacular enough. Quite simply does anyone actually see a single character from this show fitting in any of the movies without sticking out like a sore thumb other than probably May and Coulsdon?
Badmuffin - 3/18/2014, 2:03 AM
@Brainiac: Time will give us, with mech arms and all the pieces that he'll need. For me this is a "middle form" of Deathlok, just like the dragon ball's villains.
jimoakley666 - 3/18/2014, 2:08 AM
@Ceejay - Actually, I'd say that bottom one looks more like The Flash and the one above is a walnut painted red.
Badmuffin - 3/18/2014, 2:12 AM
@Ceejay: all great points. But this is not 24, is Agents of SHIELD. Placed in the MCU: where Captain America jump of a wall with a motorbike in the 45, where the president of the US it's been kidnapped and anyone but Ironman and his friend seems care, where a Chitauri's leviathan fall on a building and nobody really die...

this is not "Spy Game", come on dude.
