I've got a feeling next week's episode is gonna be the best.
TheAbomination - 4/22/2014, 6:11 PM
Anybody know if this has been picked up for a second season yet?
MrCBM56 - 4/22/2014, 6:11 PM
I can't believe I missed tonight's episode. How was it?
JordanKing - 4/22/2014, 6:12 PM
Deathlok doing what everyone else was thinking of at the end.
Lozzy - 4/22/2014, 6:14 PM

I really want to know aswell.
TheAbomination - 4/22/2014, 6:15 PM

Best of the season, imo. Lot's of suspense and twist turning the last 20 minutes.
MrCBM56 - 4/22/2014, 6:17 PM

Gah!!! I can't wait to watch it
BubSnikt - 4/22/2014, 6:20 PM
The anticipation! I don't think anyone gives a shit about the backup story, all I care about is Ward. Cant wait!!!
JacuzziJoe - 4/22/2014, 6:28 PM
So. [frick]ing. good. Can we talk about what happened to Blackout?
Destined - 4/22/2014, 6:30 PM
TeamMay! Her going to find Agent Hill was awesome! Please put her in the movies already. May is done with Coulson and Ward's sh*t. Love her!
AlexanderLykins - 4/22/2014, 6:31 PM
I guess Hill didn't get that job at Stark.
Calder027 - 4/22/2014, 6:34 PM
The fact we have Maria Hill and that May was in "Ontario" pretty much means that Robyn Sparkles is making a cameo next episode...
ConanLibrarian - 4/22/2014, 6:36 PM
Darkforce Dimension, Triplett is Gabe Jones' grandson, back story on the Coulson and the Cellist, Bruce Banner tech used on Blackout, May and Maria Hill (and May's mother) go way back, Ward has Skye and the Bus, Koenig done got his throat, this episode had a ton of stuff.
LexHairFight - 4/22/2014, 6:39 PM
Re-posted from the other thread...

Skye is the Clairvoyant. Few people in the entire MCU can access information like she can. By bringing up the SHIELD agent, she took herself off the suspicion list. Ward was there to protect her. Think bac to Turn, Turn, Turn - Garret asks Ward if there is anything they would want and Ward turns to Skye. At the time we thought "they" was hydra, but they were clearly talking about SHIELD.

I think a reveal is, Skye actually has clairvoyant powers. It's why she's been so interested in the concept - 1) she knows if they are onto her and 2) she knows if there are others out there like her. She's not a hacker, she read's people's minds to gain login information.

That's my theory anyway. Just as logical as Zola.
LexHairFight - 4/22/2014, 6:42 PM
The other thing I think will happen is - Coulson was Hydra before his death. Fury didn't add those memories back, but it did tip him off to the pirate ship in Cap 2.
batmanvsuperman - 4/22/2014, 6:43 PM
Still cant get in to the show not my cup of tea but glade ppl like it..anyway arrow tomorrow cant wait
JoJo1982 - 4/22/2014, 6:44 PM

Nah, Ward just said at the end what they needed Skye for

Which is to locate that hydra weapon or some sort that was in episode 2
ConanLibrarian - 4/22/2014, 6:46 PM
Since Triplett is Gabe Jones' grandson, it would be funny if May's grandfather was Jim Morita.
Calder027 - 4/22/2014, 6:49 PM
It's an interesting theory cap, but doesn't hold much... If she needed her clairvoyant powers to "Hack", who would she have to use her powers on in the bunker to hack the NSA? Koenig? He barely knew how to run his own PCs... Ward? Umm, just no... And you want to talk about access to information... think about Cap 2 and how much Zola had access to everyone's info... even with his Algorithm...

Re-post from another topic, my theory:

At this point, is it really hard to see that Zola is the Clairvoyant... it just makes so much sense... he can control Deathlok, he has all the psych reports from all the agents, he has the algorithm... and for those who say "well he got destroyed"... the guy put himself on 2000 ancient computers... and could put a chunk of his programing on a USB stick... he probably had a backup plan... Also, didn't the Russo brothers want him to stand up in his robot form and walk away from the explosion but it was ultimately taken out of the movie?

Anyways, takeaway message, Zola is Clairvoyant, has put himself in a reserve PC, still controls everyone... needs to know what happened to Coulson to make a new "body"... the man was a geneticist and biologist in the comics...
JoJo1982 - 4/22/2014, 6:49 PM
It's funny that Koenig was a Howling commando too

That died from Hydra
ConanLibrarian - 4/22/2014, 6:54 PM
Yeah I don't get how it's not clear that Garrett is "The Clairvoyant." They explained all this over the last three episodes. He's the Clairvoyant, and he doesn't have any mind-reading powers, just security clearance. It's just a nickname he got for knowing all of SHIELD's moves before they made them. He's definitely not the head of Hydra, because we've already seen that Baron Strucker exists in this world. He's definitely working under somebody. Whoever Garrett is reporting to in Hydra I guess we'll find out. The Clairvoyant issue is resolved though.

"Nothing Personal"

Well it feels kinda personal...
grif - 4/22/2014, 6:55 PM
loved hills scene in cap 2 when she blasted caps in those two hydra fools at the end without looking. what a badass.
eleven59 - 4/22/2014, 6:56 PM
We'll captain, of indeed you are right, those would be huge reveals to end the season on...
LexHairFight - 4/22/2014, 6:56 PM
Not denying Zola is still 'alive' or that he could the clairvoyant, however to the non-comic book fan, they wouldn't give a shit. Skye has been built up, we've grown to trust her. The general audience doesn't care about Zola. Pretty easy to work in a motive given her back story.
ConanLibrarian - 4/22/2014, 6:57 PM
@antioneflemming -

Yeah, maybe father. Ming-Na is 50 in real life, but that doesn't mean May is supposed to be 50 on the show. Jim Morita looked about 30 in Cap:TFA in 1945. If May is supposed to be late 30's-early 40's, he could definitely be her grandfather.
Calder027 - 4/22/2014, 6:58 PM
@Antoine A Happy Gilmore joke seems appropriate here...

Also, I do remember him saying that he wasn't clairvoyant, but the point is, he isn't the "top" Hydra guy, and at this point, if it's nor Strucker, it has to be Zemo... I think Garrett has to answer to someone, and my guess is it's Zola. Also, how could Garrett, control and send messages to Deathlok when he's attacking him and shooting at him... while being next to Coulson the entire time...
LexHairFight - 4/22/2014, 7:00 PM
I think the reason why people doubt Garret is because he's been pretty part time up until now. I think Ward works for Skye and recruited Garret, not the other way around. Ward's comment to Garret in Turn, Turn, Turn was letting the cat out of the bag, causing Garret to take the wrap and distract SHIELD.
Calder027 - 4/22/2014, 7:02 PM

At this point, Skye will probably be a Jessica Drew (A lot of her origin seems to coincide with Drew's origin). Or some offspring of a Kree, which she may have spoiled in an interview by accident, revealing the blue man was Kree and was told to promptly shut it afterwards...

Zola wasn't built up in Cap 2? Did you not see the film? Man, he was teased and showed all the signs of "clairvoyance" or whatever you want to call it, as in he had access to even Level 10 stuff (Nick Fury, Alex Pierce level clearance). I'm sticking to my theory, you can stick to yours.
ConanLibrarian - 4/22/2014, 7:03 PM
So Skye had herself shot in the stomach twice by Quinn hoping Coulson would use the "Jesus Juice" on her? Not buying it.
LittleDanglyThing - 4/22/2014, 7:04 PM
That's the bitchy "im always right" Maria Hill we all know and love.
LexHairFight - 4/22/2014, 7:05 PM
@ eleven59 -
Those are the kinds of reveals that have been common on the show, haven't they? Zola wouldn't cut the mustard, unless they show him walking/flying around. I also think Marvel will want to distance Zola from Ultron which is why I don't think him walking and talking will happen.
Calder027 - 4/22/2014, 7:06 PM

Ward recruited Garrett? You realize that Garrett was his SO and recruited Ward when he was a teenager right... don't think that makes any sense...

Also, if you remember the episode when they do the reveal that Skye is an 084, they kept saying that ppl were after her. Now if you watched Cap 2... Zola's algorithm went after people who were deemed to be a threat to Hydra, as Tony Stark and a pre-mystical Stephen Strange. So I wouldn't be surprised if his algorithm went after Skye and he sent Winter Soldier back int he day to kill her, and he failed.
LexHairFight - 4/22/2014, 7:06 PM
Yep Ultimate, she got what she wanted - the information on how Coulson was brought back.
JoJo1982 - 4/22/2014, 7:07 PM
I think ppl was expecting.... More, when they found out Garrett was the Clairoyant
ConanLibrarian - 4/22/2014, 7:10 PM
@TheCaptain - so, she was ALONE and freaking out that Ward was Hydra because...? Sorry man, the theory ain't gonna hold.
CroissantSpeedy - 4/22/2014, 7:12 PM

I think if they would sent the Winter Soldier after Skye he could kill her in 3 seconds. The Winter Soldier never fails at least not for now.
LexHairFight - 4/22/2014, 7:15 PM
Yep Jojo, he wasn't built up as much as Ward which is why Ward's "smaller" betrayal was such a big deal. I don't think they'll go with Zola because people won't care as much. Plus they've done nothing to build up a reveal like that since.
Calder027 - 4/22/2014, 7:20 PM
@Antoine - I'm not assuming the Clairvoyant IS the top guy, I'm just saying that Garrett get's his orders from someone, I don't think he's the master planner in all this, Hydra is a huge organization, I can't see Agent Garrett being that big of a bad guy.

I can't see a logical reason as to why Garrett would need to know about T.A.H.I.T.I, a drug that brings people back to life, because, he's half robot at this point.. (showed in last epi). I'm trying to remember what they said in Cap 2 about Zola's body. Is it on ice? Was it deteriorating? Any one else we knew who used the blood of an alien to help his deteriorating body?

Also, Zola had access to all of shields records... higher clearance than Garrett... he also knew how to decipher them...

Anyways, I still think someone is above Garrett, that's my 2 cents.
OneBadDay - 4/22/2014, 7:22 PM
@Captain Why would she freak out when she finds out Ward is Hydra? I don't think shes trying to hide anything from the cameraman, lol...
