Killer Croc Featured In Latest SON OF BATMAN Still

The latest still has been released from DC's next animated feature, Son of Batman, which sports Killer Croc seemingly about to get a punch in the face. The character will be voiced by Fred Tatasciore, who is known for voicing 'The Incredible Hulk' in Marvel's animated shows. Check it out!

Batman learns that he has a violent, unruly pre-teen son with Talia al Ghul named Damian Wayne who is secretly being raised by Ra's al Ghul and the League of Assassins.

Nice. I like it.
THEDARKKNIGHT1939 - 3/23/2014, 3:56 PM
Looks goofy
Vegeta - 3/23/2014, 3:58 PM
I don't like it.
Vegeta - 3/23/2014, 4:02 PM
They had the right idea 30 years ago. The more they make him look like a Crocodile, the more I dislike the character.
Vegeta - 3/23/2014, 4:04 PM
The Killer Croc from the Arkhamverse and post-New 52 are the worst.
ALegendaryPanda - 3/23/2014, 4:06 PM
Homeboy looking like gorilla grodds stepchild
Vegeta - 3/23/2014, 4:08 PM
He didn't look bad in Origins, I'll admit.

Pre-crisis Killer Croc is the best.
Vegeta - 3/23/2014, 4:10 PM
DEVLIN712 - 3/23/2014, 4:13 PM
Too much like ASM's Lizard, needs to go more like the classic comic design
Vegeta - 3/23/2014, 4:15 PM

Yeah, like that, and the screen I posted. He looks his best when he's just a scaly humanoid, and not a Crocodile standing in two legs, haha.
Vegeta - 3/23/2014, 4:17 PM
I honestly prefer Nolan's Bane to any other incarnation of Bane, but yeah, I dislike the hulked out Bane too, especially the one in Arkham City, and the end of of Origins.
Vegeta - 3/23/2014, 4:20 PM
MrCBM56 - 3/23/2014, 4:22 PM

I do too. Smart, intelligent, and a brute. I personally haven't read any comic incarnation that balances all 3.
Vegeta - 3/23/2014, 4:33 PM
I think The New 52 Poison Ivy sucks, personally.

I've always thought Ivy was a good villain, so I hope they restore her to her former glory, but this whole born with a skin condition shit is bollocks! Florornic Man made Ivy goddammit!
Vegeta - 3/23/2014, 4:35 PM
I like Harley's look in the New 52, but her classic look is the best.
Vegeta - 3/23/2014, 4:40 PM
Faceless Joker is creepy as [frick], haha.

I hope they retcon the Joker to be more like Ledger's Joker. I hope they do the same with Bane & Nolan's Bane too.
DrunkenNukem - 3/23/2014, 4:44 PM
Dafuq is that?????

Is that a croc at all???...looks like a t-rex
DrunkenNukem - 3/23/2014, 4:46 PM
faceless joker makes sense...

"No one is who think they are, dear"...
JamesMan - 3/23/2014, 4:47 PM
I love the Harley redesign. Total spank material.

Inhuman - 3/23/2014, 4:48 PM
When they make a new Batman movie set within the DCCU they should have Joker and Harley Quinn as the main villains and Joker creates Killer Croc and Clayface with his toxins and chemicals
DrunkenNukem - 3/23/2014, 4:48 PM
sup @SidNakedSnake

And yeah...S. Snyder is awsome....he should get a chance to write a script for a batman film one day
JamesMan - 3/23/2014, 4:48 PM
In all seriousness I honestly love the design. It fits her attitude.

DrunkenNukem - 3/23/2014, 4:51 PM
@Inhuman...i think the villain for next batman film is gonna be riddler....he is similiar to the some ways...and WB is not going to bring joker anytime hasnt been too long since TDK...and people remembers that performance like it was yesterday

Riddler, Deathstroke, Blackmask, Hush....those should be the villains for the next trilogy..
JamesMan - 3/23/2014, 4:51 PM
Joker in the New 52 is fantastic. I didn't think it was possible but they made the Joker even more terrifying where even reading the comic freaked me out. The Death of the Family arc was pure horrific magic and one of the best Batman tales so far.
Vegeta - 3/23/2014, 4:52 PM

I understand that, but for me, I think we had so much of the classic Joker, I'm ready for something different, and Ledger's Joker is the sort of different I'm really leaning towards. I just love Ledger's Joker so much, I just want more, haha.

Don't get me wrong, I love classic Joker, but Ledger just took something that I already thought was perfect, and came up with something better, in my opinion.
DrunkenNukem - 3/23/2014, 4:53 PM
First movie could be Ridler...

The second one...Blackmask and Deathstroke..

And Hush for the last one
JamesMan - 3/23/2014, 4:54 PM
The scene with Gordon and the ending twist were the best parts of it I think.

Vegeta - 3/23/2014, 4:55 PM
Nicholson embodied the classic Joker perfectly in my opinion, and then Ledger came along with this phenomenal reimagining, so I think us Joker fans have been lucky.

I'm worried the next actor who takes up the role can't possibly live up the extremely high expectations that have been set.
Tainted87 - 3/23/2014, 4:56 PM

JamesMan - 3/23/2014, 4:56 PM
I think we're forgetting one recent group that are perfect for adaptation to the Batman film world.

Inhuman - 3/23/2014, 4:58 PM

I see what you're saying. I agree with you that there should be new villains for us to see in a new trilogy but just like Marvels blueprint, every DC movie that will ever come out now is going to be part of the DCCU which means at some point we have to establish the Joker in this universe. Maybe they take the Man Of Steel trilogy route and establish Joker in the 2nd movie just like they're doing Lex Luthor in Man Of Steel 2. If Batman is a new trilogy I think Black Mask/Killer Croc/Clayface in 1st, Joker/Harley Quinn in 2nd, Riddler in 3rd.
JamesMan - 3/23/2014, 4:59 PM

I forget but one thing that is confirmed is

The Joker always knew that Bruce was Batman almost the whole time they've been going at it.
Vegeta - 3/23/2014, 5:00 PM

I'd love to see the Court of Owls in a movie.
Vegeta - 3/23/2014, 5:02 PM
I loves that in Death of the Family. That made the whole arc for me. He always knew. It's genius!
JamesMan - 3/23/2014, 5:04 PM

Exactly, I love that it keeps that element that the Joker wants the real Bruce. I think the arc probably changed Bruce a little, how could it not with all of the [frick]ed up events in it. And then (unless they fixed it after, I don't know yet) Jason/Red Hood had his face burned by the Joker who left some kind of chemical in his mask.
Vegeta - 3/23/2014, 5:06 PM
It just goes to show how crazy the Joker is. He doesn't care about Bruce Wayne. It's just Batman.

It's nuts, isn't it? To think, Joker has been going along with Bruce's secret the entire time, haha.
GoldSlayer1 - 3/23/2014, 5:07 PM
I liked bane in Arkham origins with the mask and outfit, made him look like a bad ass mercenary.

but after the venom (or TN-1) comes in, its like they turn him hideous for dramatic effect or something.

I also liked B:TAS (DCAU) bane, and i liked young justice bane as well.
and i though The Batman bane was also a good one as well, albeit different.

and i kind of dont like when he needs like a backpack sized apparatus and a crap ton of tubes to inject the venom.

I just really liked the simplicity of the B:TAS and YJ bane.
Vegeta - 3/23/2014, 5:12 PM

I haven't started it yet. I need to catch up, haha.
Vegeta - 3/23/2014, 5:17 PM
Yeah, I dig the Zero Year Batsuit.
Vegeta - 3/23/2014, 5:20 PM
Yeah, it's brilliant homage to the First Appearance suit.

The First Appearance is one of, if not, my favourite Batsuit. I can't decide which is my favourite between the First Appearance suit and The Dark Knight Returns suit.
