TMNT: Raph & Casey Jones Team Up In Clip From Saturday's Ep

We brought you the very first look at the new movie versions of the Turtles last night, and now we have a clip from the next ep of the excellent Nickelodeon cartoon - which features the classic pairing of Raphael and the ever so slightly psychotic Casey Jones.

Casey Jones thinks he’s New York City’s last hope to put an end to crime in the premiere of “The Good, The Bad, The Casey Jones,” a new episode of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles debuting Sunday, Feb. 2, at 11:00 a.m. (ET/PT) on Nickelodeon. During this episode, after encountering mutants and ninjas, Casey Jones decides to take on “pure evil” alone. When he meets Raphael, the two hot-headed fighters must put their dislike for each other aside and work together against a common foe. Fans can also visit for videos, quizzes and games.

That mask sucks, can't they just use the classic one?

The hockey stick reads "Eastman" nice shout out to Kevin Eastman.
CapsShield - 1/29/2014, 9:24 AM
@HiroTheGeek: Or it's because Eastman is a pretty popular brand of hockey stick, but you're right, they may have thrown that specific brand in as homage to the creator.

For the most part I have liked the designs from this show, aside from myself and Casey Jones. I want his classic mask.
WinterSoldier24 - 1/29/2014, 9:42 AM
Actually, the particular brand of hockey stick you're thinking about is EASTON.

Anyway, my daughter loves the show. It has it's moments.

Nope. They have to "improve" it.
They have to "up date" it.
They have to "make it darker."

Change for the sake of change SUCKS.
JediPhilosopher - 1/29/2014, 4:22 PM
KrazyforKomix I agree that change for the sake of change sucks, but for the sake of updating, or bringing to life a character that once only existed in cartoon form etc., I like when it's done right. That said, it's rarely done right imo.
JediPhilosopher - 1/29/2014, 4:26 PM
One example would be the Richard Donner Superman film. That could be considered an update, and for its time it was great and, for the most part, true to the character. The turning back time thing was stupid, but otherwise..

Hope Slash shows back up...he was the coolest thing to hit the new toon since it started...
