it's kinda funny because once me and my family left the cinema (after watching the Avengers) my mom started to asking me about Hawkeye.

It's like he was her favourite hero now.
Her first question was "What was his name again ? You know, that guy with a bow ?"

Rhysno1 - 12/15/2013, 2:39 PM
The next two years are going to be heaven for cbm fans
JoeMomma29 - 12/15/2013, 2:46 PM
Great job as always!!!!!! Very funny!!!!!!
PeepingTom - 12/15/2013, 2:47 PM
Age of Ultron to have $1.8 billion total gross.

JoeMomma29 - 12/15/2013, 2:49 PM
The characters that need to be killed off in the Avengers is Hawkeye and Black Widow. That way you can bring in Falcon and War Machine for more action.

But what am I talking about it is Marvel/Disney and no really dies!!!!!!
McNyagano - 12/15/2013, 2:54 PM

"Oh yeah, just sayin', the only reason people are calling MoS 2 crowded is because

A. It's a Superman sequel"

Yes because they said this movie is a direct sequel to MOS with Supes supporting cast returning as well. Now it looks more like a JL prequel. And I was right, WB/DC are a very reactive studio and their upcoming CBM proves that. I guess WB/DC haven't seen what happened with IM2, since that film was the Avengers prequel. Don't be surprised when they announce that the film will be the Justice League lol Jeremy Jahns explains exactly what I think about the whole WW situation. He makes a very good point.

JoeMomma29 - 12/15/2013, 3:02 PM
@ Omega

I am talking about good guys!

So the only person who has dies at this point is Frigga.
JoeMomma29 - 12/15/2013, 3:03 PM
I guess I should have been more specific in my previous comment.
m0th3r - 12/15/2013, 3:05 PM
Calling it...SHIELD invents Ultron, Stark is out, Rhodey is in...Ultron kills Rhodey prompting Stark to come back...
McNyagano - 12/15/2013, 3:06 PM

"But what am I talking about it is Marvel/Disney and no really dies!!!!!!"

Yeah right. I hope you're joking.
SuperCat - 12/15/2013, 3:07 PM
War Machine!!!
m0th3r - 12/15/2013, 3:08 PM
Also very few marvel deaths are conclusive....Whiplash looked dead, Maliketh, and Killian(cough cough coulson)....Now Lauffey is surely smoked, as is Frigga, Yinsen and Savin
JoeMomma29 - 12/15/2013, 3:09 PM
@ mOth3r

There is no way Disney is going to kill off a hero character.
m0th3r - 12/15/2013, 3:13 PM
@Joe if not kill, F-up big time...

I think people should learn lessons from the old Batman series..Once Burton killed Joker and that was SOP for the sequels, it ruined future potential. Marvel has done better(skull and loki are alive..) they should be cautious.

No chance they kill Iron man off...he may get replaced a-la james bond, but not killed off..
Ocelot - 12/15/2013, 3:15 PM
If The Flash gets a movie in 2016, then it will be a cameo at most for the character in Batman vs. Superman. Wonder Woman wont even be in costume for the movie, they'll save that for the inevitable Justice League movie, I doubt the character will even have a big role in the film and will most likely just be Bruce Wayne's girlfriend who he interracts with in a few scenes, your looking at a Martha Kent sized role instead of an Amy Adams/Lois Lane sized role.
McNyagano - 12/15/2013, 3:17 PM
All this casting for WW and Flash is probably last second for cameos.

I dunno about the Flash but the WW is not just for a cameo. You're kidding yourself if you're thinking that. They don't announce 'cameos' the way they did with WW. Nick Fury had a cameo in IM1 yet there wasn't a big announcement about it. WW will have a bigger role, no doubt. I don't think it was ever officially announced that Flash is in the film. Maybe WW won't suit up but she'll appear just a Diana but I seriously doubt that. Her appearing in Bats vs Supes or whatever they're calling it is WB/DC jumping the gun imo. We all saw what happened when Marvel tried to do that cough*IM2*cough. We'll see. :)
m0th3r - 12/15/2013, 3:19 PM
@Omega "Lazy storytelling"

100% SPOT ON!

It cheap..
JoeMomma29 - 12/15/2013, 3:26 PM
@ Blackjack

Agree, this WW and Flash announcements are just cameos or very very small parts. They are just setting up some future movies. We just need to be patient till SDCC.
technodrome518 - 12/15/2013, 3:30 PM
Mr. Sunday Movies is great. He always entertains the hell out of me! And I say bring on War Machine because he's way more bad ass looking then the Iron Patriot. I've loved War Machines armor since I was a wee lad. And it all started with this toy:

McNyagano - 12/15/2013, 3:32 PM
So no official announcement? Then I'll wait until SDCC 14. So WB/DC are just throwing in all these cameos to hype up their characters? lol And then people say I have double standards when I say WB doesn't really have faith in their properties sans Supes and Bats. Well with GL, they tried and we all know how well that worked out. The Flash and WW are icons and well known superheroes. WB/Dc doesn't need to establish them in another film to hype them up, they should have confidence in those characters. It would be like if Marvel decided to throw in Thor and Cap in IM2 just to hype them up before even announcing their own films. I hope they prove me wrong, still looking forward to the film no doubt, who doesn't want to see a film with Batman and Superman together? I will be seeing the film 3 or 4 days prior to the official release date. :D
JoeMomma29 - 12/15/2013, 3:39 PM
@ McNyagano

Ummmm maybe DC is just trying to connect all their characters for a JL movie! I am pretty sure it has nothing to do with having faith in their characters.
McNyagano - 12/15/2013, 3:43 PM

Dc trying to connect all their characters by throwing in cameos( we are not even sure at this point) into the so-called 'sequel' to MOS? ummm ok..... I just think there are other ways to do it. We're long due a WW and Flash film at this point imo.
JoeMomma29 - 12/15/2013, 3:44 PM
@ Trudy

LOL! Okay if you think that.
JoeMomma29 - 12/15/2013, 3:47 PM
@ McNyagano

Hmmmmm Let me see!

Hulk featured Tony Stark in a Cameo

IronMan featured a cameo from Nick Fury \

IronMan 2 featured Black Widow

Thor featured a cameo from Hawkeye

So I keep forgetting how did Marvel pull off their Universe?
JoeMomma29 - 12/15/2013, 3:48 PM
@ Blackjack

We keep forgetting only Marvel can have cameos in their movies, DC is not allowed!
Ocelot - 12/15/2013, 3:49 PM
"WB doesn't really have faith in their properties sans Supes and Bats."

What an absurd and laughable statement to make. You quite clearly dont know what you're talking about.
JoeMomma29 - 12/15/2013, 3:51 PM
@ Blackjack

LMAO!!!!! That is one funny Gif!
JoeMomma29 - 12/15/2013, 3:52 PM
@ Intruder

I am not sure I will let you know after I watch the movie........
JoeMomma29 - 12/15/2013, 3:56 PM
No faith needed........ but I have seen you try harder than that.
McNyagano - 12/15/2013, 3:57 PM
"And let me get this straight, you don't want to have Flash and WW somehow involved in BvS? Or better yet Diana and Barry in the film? smh"

When did I say or even imply that. I wanted a straight up MOS sequel not a set-up film. You can throw around easter eggs and references to those characters without ever needing them to cameo in the film. I'm not against the idea of them appearing in a film, I'm against the idea of them appearing in the supposed Superman 'sequel'. It just seems top me like WB/DC are jumping the gun here. I'd have rather had a straight up MOS sequel with no other JL films, then a WF film. Then you can go from there. That's just me.
JoeMomma29 - 12/15/2013, 4:05 PM

So let me get this straight you can have cameos in Marvel movies but not in DC movies?????
Greengo - 12/15/2013, 4:06 PM
Shane Black is such a puss.
McNyagano - 12/15/2013, 4:10 PM
"Hmm, guess Hank Pym shouldn't be in AOU then."

Hank Pym won't be in AOU. We all know that unless you're speculating he'll be in the post-credits scene? And we don't even know who's Ant-man in his own film.

"McN, we've had this argument before and youre trying to make something out of nothing."

I'm not. Are you seriously gonna sit around here and tell me that WB/DC have faith in their properties? If so, why haven't we've had a WW, Flash heck even a JL film? It wasn't until the Avengers came out and WB/DC tried to fast track a JL film. Come on [frick]ing Thor, GOTG, Iron man will have had their own films before the Flash and WW who are among the most well-known and most popular superheros out there. But whatever, we'll see how it all plays out in 2015.

Fair enough. The thing is, we don't know if WW is just a cameo and I'm willing to bet she's not. I'm not the only one here who thinks this film is more of a JL prequel more than anything else. Black Widow was in IM2 and we all know how that film worked out right? Don't compare Hawkeye to heavy hitters like WW and Flash. Nick Fury's cameo wasn't officially announced as far as I can remember. They don't make official announcements like that for just a cameo, that's why I think WW will have a bigger role. I'll give you that Tony cameo because I didn't even think about that. Difference is, Tony had already been in his own film, here the WW and Flash cameos are just to hype up the characters, nothing more. We'll see in 2015.
TheWolverine08 - 12/15/2013, 4:14 PM
Flash is going to be the cameo. I doubt Wonder Woman is just going to be a cameo with how early they have released her casting.
cntoruga - 12/15/2013, 4:14 PM
They're gonna make Venom good to make him more relatable to audiences? But...but I'm evil. :'(
McNyagano - 12/15/2013, 4:16 PM

"So let me get this straight you can have cameos in Marvel movies but not in DC movies?"

I never said that. We don't even know they're cameos in the first place especially WW.

"logical arguments against people hating for no reason.

How exactly am I hating if I'm just sharing my concern for the film?

"What's so wrong about them appearing a Superman film, especially if it's a cameo or a nonsuited up, supporting role?"

Nothing at all but you don't know that they're justy cameos especially WW. Since when do studios start making official announcements for just cameos. I don't recall Marvel making an official announcement for Hawkeye's cameo in Thor or Nick Fury's cameos in IM1. See my main concern for this film is that it's just looks like a JL prequel more than it is a MOS sequel.
jcfrommars9 - 12/15/2013, 4:18 PM

"And that's starting with flash and WW cameos, then solo flicks, then JL."

And when did WB/DC announce that they're releasing solo movies for The Flash and Wonder Woman?
