HurricaneXavier - 6/23/2014, 7:24 AM

Dotanuki - 6/23/2014, 7:29 AM
Well ain't that a kick in the jimmies.
126thst - 6/23/2014, 7:36 AM
Art's gone downhill on this title since Infinity ended IMO
Vortigar - 6/23/2014, 7:43 AM
Hm, fixing a plot point from the scrapped Strange series by Mark Waid?

I'll skip around for a day if Casey shows up.
InfiniteMonkey - 6/23/2014, 7:43 AM
Does he have his own title?

If I had to ask, I guess not huh...
Snotzo - 6/23/2014, 7:45 AM
Dang, I wanted the Sorcerer Supreme to have his god-level powers.
MightyZeus - 6/23/2014, 7:46 AM
Looks pretty good.

Such a godawful story... If they wanted to lampoon the LA, why didn't they just use Squadron Supreme?
rabid - 6/23/2014, 7:58 AM
*lampoon the JLA, i meant to say.

still scratching with the HULK as a member of the illuminati
kinghulk - 6/23/2014, 8:05 AM
126thst- i agree although i still like this art the art in infinity and the avengers tie ins was much better IMO.
beane2099 - 6/23/2014, 8:06 AM
Well technically it's Banner that's joined the illuminati. That makes sense to me. Should have happened a while ago. He's one of the smartest guys on the planet.

I'm a fan of Hickman's Avengers and New Avengers but frankly this long form story is starting to drag. I'm still gonna collect it but I think I'm gonna wait till the whole thing is done. Hickman's stories are always awesome but sometimes waiting through the building up part can get a bit tedious.

Just saw a thing on abut fantastic four. Its odd that they're promoting that comic when they're childishly canceling all FF comics in an effort to hurt Fox...
sicknimon - 6/23/2014, 9:58 AM
... that rumor is so weird. Isn't it true that Marvel is notorious and has a long standing history for cancelling comics that are soon to appear in film? They've done it for their own work too. I think people are trying to put a spin on it to make Marvel look bad.
sicknimon - 6/23/2014, 9:59 AM
New Avengers had been pretty good, but it is a little slow too. Agrrd. Like it though
ScionStorm - 6/23/2014, 11:12 AM
Avengers and New Avengers are two of my favorite NOW comics. Yeah, the long format requires patience but it's well told and Infinity became one of the best events I've read in a while. It wasn't tedious like AvX and it wasn't pointless like Age of Ultron. And there was a clear set of comics and chronological order set for the event ensuring you did not have to buy all the tie-ins to understand what's going on.

Why the [frick] would Strange need to become a 'god'?

As the sorcerer supreme he is literally the most OP mother [frick]er in existence. He is a walking deus ex machina. This is the reason Marvel decided to power him down for years and make him a boring as hell character.

Strange as the SS already is a god.

[frick]ing Marvel...
