Warner Bros. Home Entertainment has released an all-new official clip from BATMAN: THE DARK KNIGHT RETURNS, PART 2! The Joker is about to show his true colors!

The clip features the Joker showing his true colors in a guest appearance on The Dave Endochrine Show. Michael Emerson (Lost, Person of Interest) offers the hauntingly casual voice of Joker; real-life talk show host Conan O'Brien provides the voice of Dave Endochrine; and Michael McKean (This is Spinal Tap) is the voice of Dr. Wolper.

Below you will find a new preview image and a new preview clip from the film.

BATMAN: THE DARK KNIGHT RETURNS, PART 2, the next entry in the popular, ongoing series of DC Universe Animated Original Movies, arrives January 29 from Warner Bros. Saw the clip at comic con, and watched the whole thing recently. EPIC!!!
Dedpool - 1/23/2013, 9:02 AM
@ Fettastic kinda but it's pretty much spot on from the comic.

im curious what about his death you dislike? i always thought it was a brilliant final showdown. the tunnel of love, the way he 'frames' bats. the death-rattle-laugh - all of it felt poetically perfect. i couldn't think of a better way to end their final battle.

^^^Another thing got me was, the amount of blood Batman lost while he was wounded right in front of the GCPD - How the hell didn't they bother to set up a DNA analysis?!?

^there's been lots of good stuff. the sandman, preacher, kingdom come...
skidz - 1/23/2013, 10:16 AM
Absolutely love Miller's writing, but I never warmed up to Varley's artwork. Bats looks like short fat guy when he goes back to the black and gray suit.
Jollem - 1/23/2013, 10:39 AM
@3balledmonkey - that IS some pretty hard competition

Best Buy's ad has leaked and this will retail for $14.99 for the combo pack and $19.99 for the combo pack with the Joker figure next week. You can get some money off by trading in old dvds for a $5 off coupon as well.

The fight with the mutant leader was epic.

So this book was the first graphic novel I ever bought, and I still have one question....does Joker break his own neck or what???????
TheBumblingIdiot - 1/23/2013, 1:01 PM
sow this movie a week ago it was good just did not like the voice of the joker at all
Talontd - 1/23/2013, 1:11 PM

Batman breaks his neck, but it doesn't kill him...just seems to paralyze him. Joker then quickly jerks his head to the side which is what finally ends him and frames Bats.
Talontd - 1/23/2013, 1:14 PM

Yea, it was a damn shame not to hear Mark Hamill doing the voice work. Not really distracting, but he did sound off...
Koala0226 - 1/23/2013, 1:26 PM
Joker sounds so gay...
