No no it doesn't. Cage means her case with Cage finding his friend's brother. On top of that is Hope who was the first case of the series. Hope was missing which is why the folder says Hope "missing". The November date is when Jessica Jones aired. This confirms nothing. Why is this an article?

I hope it is sooner. If it's November doesn't that make the distance between the start of filming and the premiere much greater than it was for Jessica Jones or either season of Daredevil.

LEVITIKUZ, so today the official JJ twitter page just randomly posted a brand new promo image, reminding us that the show premiered last November. Right.

I'm still trying to get used to this new platform.

That would be awesome if Cage comes out this year. It should be titled Luke Cage: Power Man.

@Rormachine

It's a shot of the show. Daredevil has done numerous shots like these on their Twitter for months.

The show premiered in November. The case reads November bc Cage brought a case for her to solve that she closed. It's nothing.

@LEVITIKUZ - The JJ twitter page is always tweeting just like the DD one does so yeah, this means nothing.

Side note: The person who runs the JJ twitter page is a snarky son of a bitch.

@LEVITIKUZ - I completely agree. I have done some math to guess the premieres of the netflix shows. DD S1 was 277 days from production start to release. S2 will be 255 days. JJ S1 was 288 days. If you assume that Luke Cage will follow a similar model it should be in late June/early July.

Don't these Marvel Netflix shows air 6 months after the last one? If so, then it would make sense if Luke Cage airs a year after Jessica Jones.

I think this means nothing because JJ star filming on February and the release date was November, Luke Cage started filming some time ago so for me Luke Cage will open on July

@IronFistGDL - Yeah, I've projected that month too. Jessica Jones and Daredevil were released less than 4 months after filming finished. So I'm not getting the 9 month gap that this may suggest for Luke Cage.

I'm curious to see how this show plays out.

@RorMachine IDK I think we will get Cage much earlier than that....July/August

It's really cool how he's playing Luke Cage and his cousin is Viola Davis, whose playing Amanda Waller in Suicide Squad.

But that's not a shot from the show. Hey, it might turn out to mean nothing, but it's a very specific image for them to Tweet so it's worth reporting on. We'll see.

DD season 2 is hitting in March, would they screen Cage just 3 months later? I think it'll take the same Nov spot as JJ season 1.

Can't wait for Cage! Colter has said that the show will have an urban flavor to it. Music is gonna play a big part as well. Reppin' Harlem!

@ComicsBornAndBred - Cage is going to be good, but why do they have to give him that shirt? He looks like he has man tits.

I wish he was a little more bigger and ripped. Because in the comic, Luke Cage is big as hell. Probably like Chris Hemsworth built his body for Thor is a good example.

Looking forward to Luke Cage and just think about it before we even get to see Luke Cage we've got Daredevil Season 2.

So I wonder how this series will tie into the entire continuity of the MCU? I'm still quite uncertain when Jessica Jones takes place as well. There were mentions of the New York invasion but it's a bit unclear what year events happen I believe I saw something in a document that read January 2014? So I believe with Luke Cage they just go based off the year/month it was when they were filming the show. So Cage should be set sometime during Spring/Summer 2015? Maybe I'm thinking too far into these things but it would be nice to watch all of these adaptations in the correct order one day.

Here's hoping Daredevil Season 1 releases right before season 2 debuts. It's been long enough. Watcher knows it's been a while.
