Composer Hans Zimmer in talks with Chris Nolan about maintaining Dark Knight integrity!

Composer Hans Zimmer talked to HEYGUYS.CO.UK about the soundtrack to the upcoming SHERLOCK HOLMES and dropped a few – but quite telling – tidbits about BATMAN 3. Here’s a quick synopsis…

* He’s been meeting with Chris Nolan of late since he’s doing the soundtrack for INCEPTION. It seems there’s also been some talk about B3 between them as well.

* He said that he wanted the music for HOLMES to be very much NOT like THE DARK KNIGHT. Why? “Because there’s probably going to be another one…[and] you want to protect your franchise.”

	I get the feeling Joker is still gonna be in the next film. I thought that was Nolan's intention when he was doing TDK. He doesn't strike me as a director that'll compromise the plot regardless of public perception on Ledger's death.
