JoshWilding - 12/24/2010, 2:07 PM
No way was he going to be caught out by a question about who he's playing! Hardy knows alright, but we'll find out when Nolan wants us to and not before! Can't wait to find out'll be amazing to have this, The Avengers and a new Spider-Man movie all in the same year!
DaenerysTargaryen - 12/24/2010, 2:18 PM

Spider-Man 1 and 2 were good, 3 sucked! Batman Begins and The Dark Knight were awesome! The Dark Knight Rises will BURY Spider-Man in 3-D!
Scarycherry - 12/24/2010, 2:52 PM
Hardy was the only thing I liked about Star Trek: Nemesis. I'm glad to see he's getting some good work!
Ibz - 12/24/2010, 2:56 PM
your all forgetting the fact that superman is going to be coming out in 2012
2.The Avengers
4. Spiderman Reboot i thinks that will probably be the order wolverine might slip in to that order aswell but i am sure TDKR will be the best since this is nolans swan song (this is coming from a marvel fan)
brilaneb - 12/24/2010, 3:00 PM
@Ibz, Superman is "coming out?" Is this because Don't Ask, Don't Tell has been repealed and he feels safe?

Hardy's got a good reputation in the U.K for achieving a lot in relatively little time. Like Bale he really gets in to the roles.
I didn't think the Strange role would have been best suited to him. He's a young suave guy, who will be proceeding TDKR with being Mad Max.
I'm guessing he'll play either Bullock or Oswald Cobblepot. Bare in mind this series is for a young batman so why not a young penguin?
theHuch - 12/24/2010, 7:16 PM
I am going to bring up a different idea. Hardy to play Azrael! Let Nolan break the bat and have Hardy take over the cowl!
whoa123 - 12/24/2010, 7:59 PM
come on man!! throw us a [frick]ing bone here!
Deadshot - 12/24/2010, 8:28 PM
"DEADSHOT!!!" Lol yes lee?
DenimLucky777 - 12/24/2010, 10:33 PM

Every movie Christopher Nolan makes is better than the previous one, ergo THDKR is gonna beast it.
croniccris - 12/25/2010, 12:23 AM
does anybody know how to speak istanbulian?
HEARTOFHUSH - 12/25/2010, 12:49 AM
hopefully he's playing tommy elliot
HEARTOFHUSH - 12/25/2010, 1:00 AM
intruder-Its been Batman vs. marvel pretty much since batman begins and DC is crushing marvel in the movie department. yes the first two spider-man and iron movies were very good but thats it! BBegins/TDK are two of the best 1-2 punches in film, not just CBM's. Not to mention the watchmen. Green lantern will destroy thor in the box office. Batman begins is just as good as TDK maybe better like u said...Bale's best performance
Organa1978 - 12/25/2010, 5:43 AM!/LATherocomplex

Hardy might be playing a young version of Ras Al Ghul!!!
AlexDeLarge87 - 12/25/2010, 8:31 AM
Black Mask, The Penguin, Red Hood, Firefly, Deadshot, The Riddler, Killer Croc, Hush, David Cain, Great White Shark or Hugo Strange!:) He can pull off any of these roles!

Talia and Bane as the other villains!
XmutantX - 12/25/2010, 12:26 PM
2 comic book lovers...the Avengers is like the ""holy Grail" of cbm's!!!..but 2 the rest of the world...Batman 3 will prolly be more all depends on how well the general audience takes in Thor and cap..if they r as big as they look like they r gonna be...TDKR dosnt stand a chance :)

and THOR will destroy the Lantern!!!!
HEARTOFHUSH - 12/25/2010, 3:19 PM
intruder-batman crushes marvel by himself...dont get ur hopes up on the avengers
Doctorwho22 - 12/25/2010, 5:14 PM
HEY EVERYBODY! why dont we stop bashing on each other and movies huh? we all know that we wont see eye to eye on these but come on.
AlexDeLarge87 - 12/26/2010, 5:18 AM
Thou i prefer William Hurt or Ralph Fiennes as Hugo Strange if he is in the movie, but Hardy would be great too!
dellamorte1872 - 12/26/2010, 6:22 AM
in the end G.L will not only be the most successful but people will literally talk about it more than say....CAP
Ryden - 12/26/2010, 11:23 AM
@magic8= Wow I can't be;ieve you even attempted to say that Nolan is a better director than Branagh. That's straight up bullshit. Henry V that's all I'm going to say.

Nolan's a good director but the Batman movies aren't the best films ever made, or the best CBM's ever made, Nolan relies far too much on complexity, he hopes that if a movies complex enough then people will think it's incredibley intelligent. I mean the first half of Inception was utter shit, it was just the cast saying the word "dream" over and over again. Certainly picked up in the second half though.

I'm looking forward to Batman 3 but Thor will be better, Cap will probably be better, Avengers will DEFINITLEY be better and I have a strong feeling the Spidey reboot will be better.

Marvel is superiour once again, Green Lantern was DC's fall back? Ouch.

@dellamorte- Yeah maybe talking about how shit it was, it'll dp what the first Hulk did in the box office, start off strong and then fail miserabley. It's going to suck big time.

I bet no matter who the villain(s) is/are a lot of people will be disappointed because of this wait for the announcement.
iamdamagnficnt - 12/27/2010, 11:10 AM
I think he's playing HUSH bcuz in the interview he touches his ear several times I really don't care who hw plays he's got the evil look down packed looking forward to this movie

JoshCharmley - 12/28/2010, 4:55 AM
I Really Like the idea of Hardy Playing HUSH. Plus it totally Fits into Nolans Story. Where we last left off, Batman was the outlaw, the hunted. Now HUSH comes to Gotham and all Hell Breaks loose. Then Gotham see's the Batman as he is (not a Killer) and the Dark Knight Rises. :)
thefooky - 12/28/2010, 5:40 AM
Why is Christopher Nolan so extremely paranoid about his script that he hires the actors and does not tell the actor whom they are playing ? How do you prepare for the role?
