In the explosive finale to the Arkham series, Batman faces the ultimate threat against the city he is sworn to protect. The Scarecrow returns to unite an impressive roster of super villains, including Penguin, Two-Face and Harley Quinn, to destroy The Dark Knight forever. I don't know, they probably had some jumbled up information. The last time I recall a prequel game that had Batman first encounter The Joker was Batman: Arkham Origins. I'm not entirely sure where the other information came from, but we could possibly see it in the future, even though this is supposedly Rocksteady's last Arkham-instalment.
