AGAIN?! They just gave Superman a statue!
Reasonnnn - 8/4/2014, 9:08 AM
Why would the Metropolis citizens destroy Metropolis? Terrible citizens

Wow! This wasn't posted arlready? Hmm I saw it last night and saw that Wayne Financial logo and thought it was posted. Anyway... It's good to see Snyder won't hold back in this film either.
JoeMomma29 - 8/4/2014, 9:10 AM
@ Reasonnnn

Well in all fairness they are filming in Detroit and Snyder and Company realized there was not good part of the city left to film. So they decided to tweak the script and make more destruction, hence why the movie was pushed back for 7 to 8 months.

the people there should all just move
2gold - 8/4/2014, 9:11 AM
Man, I hope it wasn't Superman. Otherwise poor Superman is going to be the reason the Justice League unites to stop him.
MrJoshua327 - 8/4/2014, 9:12 AM
It looks like Superman must have stopped a bank robbery, or possibly a jaywalker. Whatever petty crime it was it looks like Superman destroyed the city again.
MrCBM56 - 8/4/2014, 9:12 AM
Aw man, I don't think I'm macho enough for this kind of destruction!

THEDARKKNIGHT1939 - 8/4/2014, 9:12 AM
LOL they called it Superman v Batman
SuperCat - 8/4/2014, 9:13 AM
Flame war comin'!

kalelhawj - 8/4/2014, 9:14 AM
Awesome... looks like something big is going down that will require both Batman, Wonder woman, and Superman to take it down.
blackandyellow - 8/4/2014, 9:14 AM
It must be convenient that they didn't have to change the landscape of Detroit at all.
JoeMomma29 - 8/4/2014, 9:15 AM
@ BlackandYellow

LMAO! You need to read my comment above.........
WinterSoldier33 - 8/4/2014, 9:15 AM
it is probably a flashback or doomsday i hope
Snotzo - 8/4/2014, 9:15 AM
City can't catch a break. Superman do your job. I doubt Metropolis ever saw such destruction before Superman came to the scene.
kalelhawj - 8/4/2014, 9:16 AM
I wondering what Marvel Studio fanboy will say once AV2 comes out with world wide destruction. LOL
JosephKing - 8/4/2014, 9:16 AM
Or maybe it is from the first movie. Maybe there's going to be some flashback or those are actually the wreckages from the invasion, not from a new destruction.
jimdotbeep - 8/4/2014, 9:16 AM
Snyder must hate Superman more than most hardcore Batman fans. His Superman causes nothing but chaos and destruction to the city he's supposed to be protecting.
Nomis - 8/4/2014, 9:16 AM
I think the builders of Metropolis just use shoddy material with their buildings. :)
yossarian - 8/4/2014, 9:17 AM
No one is staying for the indifferent?

For shame people. For shame.
ALegendaryPanda - 8/4/2014, 9:17 AM
It's pretty funny how Superman apparently "destroyed" Metropolis when the city was already destroyed by the time he got there. I guess I just imagined the world engine
JoeMomma29 - 8/4/2014, 9:17 AM
Detroit is a tough place to live.......I give props to BlackJack and Gusto.

BigMikeReviews - 8/4/2014, 9:18 AM
Destruction porn complaints coming in 3...2...1...
JoeMomma29 - 8/4/2014, 9:18 AM
@ Panda

But no one is complaining about the death toll and destruction in GOTG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
smell - 8/4/2014, 9:20 AM
More practical or gtfo
Lobo89 - 8/4/2014, 9:21 AM
Wonder how much insurance costs in Metropolis
kalelhawj - 8/4/2014, 9:21 AM
@JoeMomma29 - Don't bother with Marvel Studio trolls. They think everything Marvel Studio is perfect.
MrBlackJack - 8/4/2014, 9:22 AM
lol destruction in a Superman v Batman movie? [frick] off Snyder.
MrReese - 8/4/2014, 9:23 AM
As much as I wanna c the them in suits.I'm amazed that we haven't got that many set pics of them in them.Good shit Snyder! Till then I'll keep watching the comic-con teaser. :)
WinterSoldier33 - 8/4/2014, 9:23 AM
it also could be a missal like in the DKRT accept it hits
Owlman88 - 8/4/2014, 9:24 AM
If we have armored Batman, it's not impossible to get this:

YoDawg - 8/4/2014, 9:26 AM
Most likely the damage will be caused by Ultron and not the actual heroes like in MOS. I mean I get it was his first time being Superman and was learning.....but
PrinceAwesome - 8/4/2014, 9:26 AM

Well, the grandiose antagonist will not lay in shambles eating a bucket filled with Oreo Nutty Salted Caramel Ice Cream as his advocates wreak havoc among a world in which barely composes the technology to ensue any sort of resilience against a superficial deity. In order to save a world, it needs some sort of omnipotent force in order for it to be saved from (i.e. Zod unleashing hell towards the one home of Kal-El in order to pursue vengeance for him destroying the possibility of rebuilding a world in which pertained to Zod).

If everyone has the ability to forgive the vast amount of plot conveniences, poor characterizations, and cheesy one-liners 'the Avengers' has attained and dismiss such errors by calling such film as a 'fun action movie', why not dismiss 'the Man of Steel' with the same title as well?
JoeMomma29 - 8/4/2014, 9:26 AM
Well of course there is going to be destruction and chaos, I mean we are dealing with god like characters..............
