A source for the website, Batman-News, has provided them with details regarding Lex Luthor's company in Zack Snyder's Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Check it out!

Filming of Zack Snyder's Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is currently taking place in Michigan but outside of a few shots of Gal Gadot as Diana, we haven't seen too much. Though, that might change quite soon as Batman-News is reporting that scene involving Lex Luthor's company will be filmed June 12th and 13th. Best part? Their source claims that Jesse Eisenberg ("The Double") will be on set for those scenes. So, what will this version of LexCorp be like?
A source close to Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice has informed me that production is heading to LexCorp next week. In Zack Snyder’s Man of Steel sequel, LexCorp is described as a young, edgy company. Think of it as a .com or Google type workplace. It’s a smart company with a stylish vibe, a youthful clash of rock and roll, preppy, and nerdy employees. Hipsters! - Batman-News

Thanks to the heads up from CBM's BatfleckReturns

BATMAN v SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE - Zack Snyder will direct. It's written by Chris Terrio, from a screenplay by David S. Goyer. Hipsters.. *shudders*
JerBear - 6/5/2014, 3:08 PM
I'd rather have hipsters than what we got in the previous Superman movies.
Bekss - 6/5/2014, 3:08 PM
So, he's going to be Zuckerberg again.
write33 - 6/5/2014, 3:08 PM
so Snyder really really liked "Social Network" it.

LOL Imagining Lex Luthor working at Google...

BatFleck does not approve
HavocPrime - 6/5/2014, 3:10 PM
Hipster Lex Luthor?
DeusExSponge - 6/5/2014, 3:10 PM
Hey if it works for the movie, then I have nothing against this portrayal of Lex Luthor and Lexcorp. Although it does sound a bit weird.
yonny616 - 6/5/2014, 3:14 PM
@Batffleck I don't know. The first one seems like a mob boss to me. Lol
Knightrider - 6/5/2014, 3:14 PM
Well that is the way companies seem to be going. Maybe he was a young idealistic tech type, but after MoS he found himself questioning himself as he could never match superman despite his intelligence, maybe he has a reason for revenge, maybe dad died in attack and he was handed company.

However, I would be inclined to think this isn't quite true, as LexCorp clearly had Tankers, Big Office Style Buildings etc so seems more industrial.

How in the world is the first guy what anyone thinks of as a "modern day MILLENNIAL businessman"?
sameoldthing - 6/5/2014, 3:16 PM
If not,he's NOT Luthor.
End Of Story.

Although I damn-there hate Man of Steel, Batman v Superman can dig deep into what the repercussions can be and really play into this cause-and-effect scenario of: What can we do with the leftover Kryptonian Technology? How can we use it to our advantage? ...And so on and so on. I'm really interested in that aspect, assuming they're going that route.
Phronesis - 6/5/2014, 3:17 PM
As for this description, NO.
Knightrider - 6/5/2014, 3:17 PM
They may of course be going for a young brash arrogant Lex, who may not be in villain mode yet, this movie could show his change... Guess have to wait and see.
Phronesis - 6/5/2014, 3:20 PM
There's going to be disturbing and odd similarities to Social Network that I'm not interested in at all have this be true.
CaptainObvious - 6/5/2014, 3:20 PM

I bet Peter Parker from TASM works there.
Klone - 6/5/2014, 3:21 PM
Obviously Luthor is going to be charismatic and likable to the public, but LexCorp being filled with hipsters... probably the biggest company ever that has its fingers almost everywhere (science, technology, oil, food produce, public services, etc) and deals in shady, illegal experiments and, sometimes, deal weapons to terrorists, reminding me of the Lifeinvader company from GTAV... we'll wait and see but... uggrhh...
Klone - 6/5/2014, 3:23 PM
Thing is though, that's why Luthor is great as a DCU villain that makes alliance with other villains sometimes on his level... his power... he's damn near untouchable for [frick]'s sake. I really hope in this film they show that a far as brains go Luthor >> Batman and Superman.

"LexCorp is described as a young, edgy company. Think of it as a .com or Google type workplace. It’s a smart company with a stylish vibe, a youthful clash of rock and roll, preppy, and nerdy employees. Hipsters!"

Go play the GTAV Lifeinvader mission. This description is that.
Pasto - 6/5/2014, 3:26 PM
Don't know how I feel about this.

Haha, nice catch Klone! Hahaha

@Batffleck LMAO! You just made my day with that.
Brainiac13 - 6/5/2014, 3:30 PM

It's Lex 'Facebook' Corp.
Spock0Clock - 6/5/2014, 3:31 PM
This should surprise no one.

Lex was remade into the greatest evil of the 1970's: "real estate mogul", now he's the greatest evil of the 2010's: "dot-com billionaire".

There is a line between updating a character to keep them relevant vs. just changing it to change it. Let's call it the "Singer Line". This seems to me to have crossed that line.
MrBlackJack - 6/5/2014, 3:31 PM
I'm not sure what to think about I mean, they've never broken anything major, but they have provided a few small pieces of information and so far all have been proven neither wrong or right. The biggest piece they've broken was the Affleck leg injury, and that was completely false.
Klone - 6/5/2014, 3:33 PM

Haha. Superman will kill Luthor with a phone.
JosephKing - 6/5/2014, 3:33 PM
That's a great approach. Really.
Klone - 6/5/2014, 3:34 PM
"Uh, B-Batman, y-you didn't accept my friend request"
GenerationX - 6/5/2014, 3:35 PM
I can deal with that
Klone - 6/5/2014, 3:37 PM
This would make sense if LexCorp was entirely for luxury technology like Apple, but as I said, it's a massive, massive company (and again, the power Luthor has makes him near untouchable in some situations) that deals in legitimate science, oils, food produce, public services, etc.

Seems a little odd to do this unless LexCorp literally only deals in luxury technology like Apple or whatever... which is change for the sake of change. Meh probably jumping the gun a bit here, but the description doesn't match up well with what LexCorp works best as in my opinion.
manhunter212 - 6/5/2014, 3:37 PM
If this is true I don't really like it. I always pictured Lex as more of a physically and intelligently intimidating man who had immense money and power and was untouchable by Superman. I'm giving him a chance by going with Jesse but I don't want the image of Lexcorp to be changed. In my eyes they need to be seen as a threatening corporation. They shouldn't really have the appeal of a Google or Facebook, it should be more like something you see in a NY skyline or on Wall street
MrBlackJack - 6/5/2014, 3:39 PM
Eisenberg's film American Ultra is suppose to finish filming Tuesday, so I doubt he would be ready for BvS a day or so later.
Klone - 6/5/2014, 3:39 PM
Exactly, Alpha.
wookiefit - 6/5/2014, 3:40 PM
So he''s playing Mark Z from the Facebook again?

Nubase - 6/5/2014, 3:41 PM
the problem with lex is people still have the corporate image in their minds, in the 80's that was the image, the suited up look, it was look that showed you was a millionaire or billionaire and the comics of course went with that image at the time but now you don't have to wear a suit to be a billionaire and lexcorp is a tech companie and no one in the tech world wear suits and tie, its the very thing they detest the most, of course people will say he is playing a zuckerberg type guy, maybe that true but l'm sure there more to it then that, Lex Luthor really needs updating, we still yet to see the real Lex and hopefully Jessie delivers
