Nick Fury Asks Alexander Pierce 'For A Favor' In New CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLDIER Clip

Name-dropping another Avenger, a new Captain America: The Winter Soldier clip has S.H.I.E.L.D. director Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) in need of a favor from the Head of S.H.I.E.L.D. (Robert Redford)

After the cataclysmic events in New York with The Avengers, “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” finds Steve Rogers, aka Captain America, living quietly in Washington, D.C. and trying to adjust to the modern world. But when a S.H.I.E.L.D. colleague comes under attack, Steve becomes embroiled in a web of intrigue that threatens to put the world at risk. Joining forces with the Black Widow, Captain America struggles to expose the ever-widening conspiracy while fighting off professional assassins sent to silence him at every turn. When the full scope of the villainous plot is revealed, Captain America and the Black Widow enlist the help of a new ally, the Falcon. However, they soon find themselves up against an unexpected and formidable enemy — the Winter Soldier. Starring Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Sebastian Stan, Anthony Mackie, Cobie Smulders, Frank Grillo, Georges St-Pierre, Hayley Atwell, Toby Jones, Emily VanCamp and Maximiliano Hernández with Samuel L. Jackson and Robert Redford, “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” is directed by the team of Anthony & Joe Russo from a screenplay written by Christopher Markus & Stephen McFeely and is based on the ever-popular Marvel comic book series, first published in 1941. Marvel Studios’ President Kevin Feige is producing the film. Executive producers on the project include Alan Fine, Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Michael Grillo and Stan Lee. The creative production team on the film includes director of photography Trent Opaloch, production designer Peter Wenham, editors Jeffrey Ford, A.C.E. and Mary Jo Markey, A.C.E. and three time Oscar®-nominated costume designer Judianna Makovsky. “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” is set for release on April 4, 2014.

BrownandYellowWolvie - 3/12/2014, 9:43 AM
Saw this movie and it was AMAZING. Best CBM so far. There's a reason why the Russo bros were already signed to come back before any press were screened. Cap really is badass in this movie!
Pasto - 3/12/2014, 9:43 AM

bropous - 3/12/2014, 9:52 AM
That was funny about having Iron Man meet Redford's neice.
RamonSuarez - 3/12/2014, 9:56 AM
The scene makes no sense without context.

In fact, its kind of awkward without knowledge of what is coming before or after it.

pepe - 3/12/2014, 9:56 AM
So what happend to this site ???
figuresmaniac - 3/12/2014, 9:56 AM

BrownandYellowWolvie - 3/12/2014, 10:01 AM
Those who think Redford is the Red Skull.

it is neither confirmed nor denied...
BrownandYellowWolvie - 3/12/2014, 10:02 AM

It's called Project Insight. Not ultron. has to do with the helicarriers.
DylansMyDog - 3/12/2014, 10:03 AM

Does that mean Redford's character could come back for CA3?
kinghulk - 3/12/2014, 10:04 AM
ow insight lol, how do you know it's about the helicarriers? have you seen the film like mcnyango or am i missing something lol.
Omarvls - 3/12/2014, 10:05 AM

BrownandYellowWolvie - 3/12/2014, 10:08 AM
I don't want to spoil the story. I will say, suspicious minds may think he's coming back!

yes I saw it last night at a press screening.
BrownandYellowWolvie - 3/12/2014, 10:10 AM
the first mid credits scene was freaking amazing too. the 2nd was just meh
BrownandYellowWolvie - 3/12/2014, 10:12 AM
I'm pretty sure Captain America will break IM3's box office. It was that good. There shouldn't be anything for fanboys to cry about either. There isn't any Mandarin style twist LOL
kinghulk - 3/12/2014, 10:12 AM
brownyellowwolvie- so it was a good film yes? i cant wait to see it,by the way where scarlet witch and quicksilver in their super hero uniforms in the after credit scene or where they just in normal or prison clothes?
BrownandYellowWolvie - 3/12/2014, 10:13 AM
i'm convinced the Russo bros should direct Avengers 2 instead of Whedon! hah yeah I said it!
kinghulk - 3/12/2014, 10:14 AM
wow if it beat iron man 3 at the box office that would be incredible. i suppose it will deepend on word of mouth but everyone ive shown the trailer too wants to see it. im so exited 2 weeks today :)
DylansMyDog - 3/12/2014, 10:15 AM

That's great news. Redford is awesome, I'll see anything he's in
kinghulk - 3/12/2014, 10:15 AM
wow they did that good a job? no wonder they've been brought on for cap 3.
BrownandYellowWolvie - 3/12/2014, 10:15 AM
Normal clothes. Quicksilver was shirtless with some type of pants on, scarlet witch I believe was wearing some type of pink/red clothes, but sorry I don't remember exactly because I wasn't paying much attention to their outfits. The motion of quicksilver was mesmerizing and scarlet witch floating stuff looked average (like jean grey) but she impresses at the end.
soforizo - 3/12/2014, 10:15 AM
Mmm.. what's the point of this clip? Kinda pointless to release, but better that had it spoiled anything.
soforizo - 3/12/2014, 10:16 AM
BrownandYellowWolvie - 3/12/2014, 10:13 AM
i'm convinced the Russo bros should direct Avengers 2 instead of Whedon! hah yeah I said it!

Thank you! Coming from someone who has seen it, makes it all the much better.
BrownandYellowWolvie - 3/12/2014, 10:16 AM
I think it will beat IM3 or get close to it. The only thing IM3 has over this movie is RDJ, which many fans, both fanboy and not, love. Cap, Chris Evans, doesn't have such a following, but this movie is FAR superior. So I guess we'll see.
kinghulk - 3/12/2014, 10:17 AM
wow, did we see strucker and if so did he have his robotic like arm or was he just normal. sorry if im bothering with all these questions im just so exited
BrownandYellowWolvie - 3/12/2014, 10:19 AM
Strucker was just in a normal suit but he had his monacle.

I will say, where this movie leaves SHIELD is incredibly surprising. I did NOT see it coming. There are a lot of surprises in store....
