Frick!!! You just completely ruined that for me! God dammit they killed NIGHTWING?!!!

I'm done
batcheeks8 - 3/10/2014, 6:22 AM
He's not dead.
Enphlieuwince - 3/10/2014, 6:29 AM
Yeah... You should really considering taking out that spoiler in the teaser.
Wingding - 3/10/2014, 6:32 AM

I haven't been able to pick up this issue yet, but I really hope you are right. Nightwing is a great character who doesn't deserve death. I mean c'mon, Bruce just lost his SON, this killing off sidekicks is starting to get a little bit redundant
Wingding - 3/10/2014, 6:35 AM
But seriously @Josh this issue hasn't even been out a week, and with a reveal this big, it is a slap in the face to readers of this book for it to be spoiled.
RichardBoldly - 3/10/2014, 6:38 AM
[frick] you, DC.
wookiefit - 3/10/2014, 6:41 AM
"Spoiler" would help.

I love Robin. My favorite 2 versions were Grayson as Tim. Dick was better as Nightwing and I wished DC kept him as Batman. The problem with DC is that they're scared to let the characters grow past a certain point. He should have stayed as Batman and when Bruce came back he should have been Batman Beyond.

Not liking the updated version of Grayson's Robin costume. And I'm not liking how they made him younger "again". They did the same thing with Tim. They changed his costume to that stupid red version and made him younger in prep school. Then they didn't know what to do with him so he became the Red Robin and looked like a 1/2 way point between Robin and Batman. At least his new costume looks cool with the wings.

It's probably Grayson dies and so does Nightwing and he comes back as just that new Bat character.
KalElOdinson - 3/10/2014, 6:47 AM
Nightwing dies?? F You DC!!!! He's one of few characters anyone gives a s**t about.
RichardBoldly - 3/10/2014, 6:52 AM

Is that shit true?

If so, [frick] you DC.

Also. Does Anyone knows where the [frick] are Raven in the New 52?
I ship Dick and Raven so hard.

[frick] you again, DC.
duncboy - 3/10/2014, 7:05 AM
It's not clear if he died in Forever Evil yet, though it certainly looks that way.
ManCalledSting - 3/10/2014, 7:10 AM
I bet, since Barbera is walking again, Dick will be paralyzed, and take on an Oracle like role. Just a thought.
ManCalledSting - 3/10/2014, 7:12 AM
Unless they are simply going for shock value, and he comes back in a year or so. Which would be lame.
DEFA - 3/10/2014, 7:17 AM
- Nightwing rules...
ALmazing - 3/10/2014, 7:20 AM
This is a gimmick, he'll be back soon enough, just like Damian will.
Tevii - 3/10/2014, 7:28 AM
Nightwing wont stay dead. Lex killed him to deactivate the bomb, but next issue I bet anything they give him CPR to revive him since the bomb is now de-activated.
But after that something must still happen to him since they are cancelling his book. Maybe he takes a sabbatical since everyone knows his identity
typicalfanboy - 3/10/2014, 7:28 AM
He'll be back. Why kill nightwing? It's always nightwing or superboy and I think superboy is dead again too.
ManCalledSting - 3/10/2014, 7:29 AM
Damian should be brought back as a big time villain in a few years. That way he can be older, and more influenced by his grandpa.
mawilli4 - 3/10/2014, 7:30 AM
First, FE6 came out last week. stop spoiling shit for people who haven'[t read it yet. Second, this can't/won't be permanent. He'l come back in a year, with a new ongoing.
typicalfanboy - 3/10/2014, 7:33 AM
That thanksgiving pick had him with blonde hair, so maybe he gets a new identity as a blond guy?
malschla - 3/10/2014, 7:43 AM
Forever Evil is still going? I guess they can't be sued for false advertising...
GarthRanzz - 3/10/2014, 7:45 AM
Raven is in teen titans and sometimes superboy.
TwoToGo - 3/10/2014, 7:50 AM
...a character NOT dying would be a shock.

I can't believe anyone can even muster up any kind of emotion with regard to the prospect of a character dying anymore. They'll be back in a year anyway.
DTor91 - 3/10/2014, 8:00 AM
He's technically speaking "dead," but instead of running the mouth and jumping to conclusions look at the context of the story. He'll be back. And it's clear that he's going to keeping low after all of this is over.
SADVIPER - 3/10/2014, 8:17 AM
R u [frick]on dumb!!! Why u wrote such a spoiler in the start
batcheeks8 - 3/10/2014, 8:20 AM
Geoff Johns already confirmed ages ago that Nightwing not going to die, but he is going through a big change obviously. Go read Forever Evil and you'll understand..

Besides, if he was officially dead it'd be all over the media like with Damian.
jasonicus - 3/10/2014, 8:25 AM
He died but Lex clearly said he had a plan. I bet they bring him back at some point.
ngtm23 - 3/10/2014, 8:30 AM
*Forever evil spoilers from the latest issue:* (though not more than this article lol: In the last issue of forever evil Lex took it upon himself to stop nightwing's heart to stop the bomb, but kept trying to explain nightwing's condition to batman between batman's vengeful punches to lex's face. There's definitely something more to nightwing's status that a simple death. Any drug that could stop your heart for a brief moment would work. They just need to remove the bomb before nightwing regains heart function. At least that's where I see that comic going with it for plot reasons. Nothing is ever that simple when it comes to the two richest men in DC one being the smartest man alive, the other being the best detective.
Wingding - 3/10/2014, 8:44 AM
Alright cool. It's nice to know that he's not going to be dead for very long. It just pisses me off that that got spoiled for me. Josh made it seem like he is officially dead, with no warning. I'm going to have to not be one this site for a couple weeks after Forever Evil #7 comes out. Lol.
SkywayTraffic - 3/10/2014, 8:55 AM
Wish they would just kill off Bruce again. Batman is the least interesting character out of all of the Bat family.
batman1216 - 3/10/2014, 9:12 AM
@SkywayTraffic You're such a rebel.
patrat18 - 3/10/2014, 10:02 AM
He's not dead calm down.
arsonjack - 3/10/2014, 10:03 AM
Bruce is the only Batman character that's awesome. Everyone else just makes Batman seem silly.
Parkerluckpersonified - 3/10/2014, 10:31 AM
I only read Batman cos it occasionally crosses over with Nightwing, hope he doesn't die, though the Harper Nightwing costume, if genuine, does look cool.

Please don't die, please don't die, please don't die
Space - 3/10/2014, 10:39 AM
Nightwing dies, Dick Grayson lives. He dyes his hair blonde after Forever Evil and Harper Row becomes the new Nightwing. Does no one research stuff or do they blindly react to anything they read? god, they spoiled this back in November!
Whippet - 3/10/2014, 11:03 AM
As we're dealing with other dimensions........
is it out-there to speculate that this Nightwing is dead and we get an 'other worlds Dick Grayson?

I'd rather they revived him though!
CauseImBatman91939 - 3/10/2014, 11:25 AM
Did anyone actually read forever evil *SPOILER ALERT* because dick didn't really die he was saved by lex but lex couldn't tell batman because batman started beating him up for killing dick lol batman needs to learn to listen lol
hush - 3/10/2014, 11:54 AM
Another Robin bites the dust.

I always liked the way Dick was one of the only characters never to have died and 'been brought back'. It made him more human. And he was the reason I picked up comics in the first place. Disappointing, it seems like a desperate move to relaunch the character instead of working at an original idea. It seems very lazy, especially when I think it's safe to agree every comic reader has become bored with the 'dead/back from the dead' stories.

thor2273 - 3/10/2014, 12:05 PM
If he really is dead maybe Bruce can take his body to Ra's.
Klone - 3/10/2014, 12:55 PM
The artwork [frick]ing sucks.
thor2273 - 3/10/2014, 1:34 PM
@MetahumanAbominationKlone agreed, not as bad as Damian; Son of Batman thou.
