Judd Winick is possibly the worst thing to ever happen to comics.
BruceLeroy - 9/3/2012, 8:48 AM
Hell yeah it's a good book. It's one of the better Batman titles.
Tomontherun99 - 9/3/2012, 9:08 AM
SteveRogersSon and mctrinket. You seem to have misspelled Rob Liefeld or Joe Quesada
Tomontherun99 - 9/3/2012, 9:16 AM
And yeah,LEVITIKUZ. I picked up the trade recently and I thought it was pretty good. Nothing groundbreaking or revolutionary but an entertaining read and a fresh take on the Bat-mythos. I'm hoping when Morrison leaves Batman Inc they turn it into an anthology book with short 2-3 issue arcs showcasing single members of Batman Inc, it could be a fun idea.
marvel72 - 9/3/2012, 9:22 AM
i read one issue of this in the night of owls event & i thought it was complete crap.
coolguy - 9/3/2012, 9:25 AM
I have to say I really likes winicks green lantern and outsiders.
As for Morrison batman and robin was pretty good sometime and I loved jla rock of ages and all star superman.
RobLiefeldFan - 9/3/2012, 9:35 AM
@Tomontherun Please I stand for Liefeld he is a Master Artist and a Legeidary Veteran in The Game, Greater than Kirby, Jim Lee and any other guy out there, He is a very passionate artist and the Master of Anatomy and the greatest artist in portraying expressions and emotions and he gives fans the necessity to read comics I oblige all Liefeld haters to go out and check his recent Hawkman and Deathstroke Run where he elevated those characters to a higher status than normal. Liefeld is one true legend of the game and a master of the Arts Craft..

Winick gave us Batman: Under the Hood.... soooo, he's not the worst thing to happen to comics. Frank Miller, who has just been terrible as of late with movies and comics, will NEVER be the worst thing to happen to comics simply because he gave us TDKR and Batman Year One. Similarly, George Lucas will never be the worst thing to happen to filmmaking seeing as how he created one of the greatest stories/franchises of all time in Star Wars. The worst thing to ever happen to comics is Rob Liefeld.

I believe the topic of BatWings past is very interesting. The fact the he was a child soldier. His story is very real in Africa and they do the worst thing imaginable to people at a young age. They are making a story that reflects some part of reality. That can't be underestimated. I would say I would like to pick this comic up just for that. On another note his past is worse than Batmans if take what child soldiers do. I would go out and say he is darker than Batman when he was a child. If you read anything about Child Soldier in Africa it would make you cry. That is one reason why America will not go there.

But then again its hard to tell the story of another culture when you have no idea truly how that culture works when you have never been apart of it, but story tellers have been attempting to do this for centuries. So there you have it.
rodddb - 9/3/2012, 9:50 AM
Yes. This book is very good.
TheManWithBigEars - 9/3/2012, 10:01 AM
I'm against the idea of Batman Inc; hated it from the beginning ruins the whole urban legend/myth element Batman had going 4 him, that said I'm all 4 more diversity in comics n have heard nothing but good things about both the character n the book, but it must b said he looks like shit
KingG - 9/3/2012, 10:07 AM
Great, im kinda diggin his artwork, but is it me or am i not the only one who thinks this is one of the most underrated DC characters.
OrganizedChaos - 9/3/2012, 10:17 AM
@KingG I kinda feel the same way too
ellispart3 - 9/3/2012, 10:38 AM
this looks pretty interesting, i may have to pick this up.

yo to each his own...but liefeld better than lee or king kirby? really? check out the dudes grasp (or lack thereof) of anatomy and storytelling.
RobLiefeldFan - 9/3/2012, 11:06 AM
@ellispart Wow do you know I have never seen that before in my life like wow the reason why I supported him was cuz I had a soft spot for him and people keep insulting him on twitter and that cap chest drawing but after this I think I may have to change my name
hero1684 - 9/3/2012, 11:55 AM
Batwing is one of the ignorant comic book hero creations in the history of comics!
Costume is pathetic!
This is right with Batmite! lol
ellispart3 - 9/3/2012, 12:07 PM
take your emotions out of it and look at the guys work, he simply never cared about what he put on paper. check those names i gave you and keep drawing brotha.

well damn hahaha, i am still going to check out the series for myself, but what is wrong with the series? is it just the costume for you?
VicSage - 9/3/2012, 12:09 PM
@ellispart3: RobLieFeldFan is using sarcasm man... you don't read that????
ellispart3 - 9/3/2012, 12:15 PM
i've spoken with the guy before, i wasn't certain if he was or not..but yea, he probably is. oh well, no skin off my nose.
RobLiefeldFan - 9/3/2012, 12:31 PM
@ellispart and VicSavage no I'm actually liked his art it seems a little bit like Jim Lee I have his old youndgbloddd books and it looks better than his future work I rili wasn't that sarcastic lol

@ellispart- Yeah I've been practicing and just kept on saving art from winsor smith on my pc I love his work the other guys to are also great
ellispart3 - 9/3/2012, 12:33 PM

NosferatuZodd - 9/3/2012, 1:01 PM
why do they keep making black versions of white heroes?
NosferatuZodd - 9/3/2012, 1:02 PM
there is alreay a black batman ripoff. his name is black panther
ellispart3 - 9/3/2012, 1:15 PM
is batwing replacing batman? i took it as a new character in the bat family.
and in no way is black panther a batman ripoff..that's a reach. there are similarities, but if that's what we are looking at, batman is a white zorro ripoff. similarities don't equal ripoffs.
ZombieOverEasy - 9/3/2012, 1:53 PM
Moonknight is Marvel's Batman ripoff NosferatuZodd.

Your racism is showing, btw.
damntree - 9/3/2012, 2:11 PM
Too bad they couldn't give this guy his own idea instead of just making him "hurrrr black batman." His background is interesting; what a shame.
hero1684 - 9/3/2012, 5:34 PM
@ellispart3: well suppose I jumped the gun to soon, honestly haven't read the series or know much about it. I'm a visual guy, if it doesn't look good it probably isn't!
The costume is goofy and what gives him the ability to fly with those stupid goofy wings?
And that stupid yi yi!
I just think its a stupid looking hero!!! Sorry
ellispart3 - 9/3/2012, 6:14 PM
hahaha hey no need to apologize, i wasn't sure you'd read it and had other issues with it. i'm not digging the costume either, but the character seems like he'd be interesting
GLprime2814 - 9/3/2012, 7:33 PM
Read this tittle if you haven't it's like tears of the sun meets batman, very brutal and well written.
Bandido - 9/3/2012, 8:02 PM
@BigEars: when I first heard of batman inc. I didn't really like what I heard but I gave the new ones a try and so far I like it maybe u should give em a try too :)

It's not as good as snyder's batman but it's definitely worth a try IMO
ShadowOfTheWeb - 9/4/2012, 5:01 AM
@VicSage right on
