Velvet? More like Rogue from the X-men

Velvet? More like a female version of James Bond

Yeah, unfortunately it looks like a watered down version of what they were doing on Cap, but with an uninteresting character.
MrBatmor - 12/3/2013, 11:40 PM
Did marvel have to take permission from both of these to name cap2 as cap tws?

This reminds me of Black Widow.

@Batmor : Nope , that's owned by Marvel Comics , but Brubaker and Epting are getting some royalties at least
It just started , it will sure get even better after a few issues , the first issue was great , for those who loves the Sci-Fi / Espionnage genre , Zero is an awesome indie comic !

Can't wait to read the whole issue this week. After the first one it became my most-anticipated title. Also, for those of you who are trying to compare her to James Bond or Black Widow you might want to try reading it first. This isn't your typical secret agent book. Velvet is a girl friday, a secretary, who USED to be an agent (as far as we know atm). If you aren't interested go back to reading Batman or whatever other crappy super hero title you like, 'cause this kinda story ain't for you...

This has a generic enough look to it that Hollywood would come crawling for a tv show/movie, regardless of the actual qriting quality of the book.

As Bl00dwerK mentioned, I hope this is a quality title, story-wise, because it has that plainly, blatantly generic look that Hollywood loves.

I f_ckin' hate black leather.

May give this a whirl, but only because of Brubaker!

Reminds me of that terrible movie Ultra Violet for some reason..

Looks like a Captain America filler page. :P

Quite decent though.

@Monkey She's not a spy currently. She's the director's secretary, and a "retired" spy, so she really doesn't have to worry much about her hair. Really, though, I'm sure it's to give her a certain look.

Maybe you people should read the first issue before asking stupid qestions...
