Me too. This has been interesting. Different, but interesting all the same.

When does all this happen? Caps in like 5 other books right now. Apparently time in Dimension Z goes by while it doesn't on earth, but still Cap in other books should be affected by 10 years in Dimension Z. Is this all after the rest if the current books?
TheFamousJMC - 8/24/2013, 6:20 AM
No it was referenced in avengers assemble a couple issues ago.

Marvel given Cap his planet hulk?
Whose next?
Humperdink - 8/24/2013, 6:53 AM
After he leaves Dimension-Z will his shield stop changing size and shape when the plot demands it?

Captain America with a moustache?
SpectacularJoShFest - 8/24/2013, 7:03 AM
I threw up in my mouth a little when I saw the art.
Bodwulf - 8/24/2013, 7:30 AM
That little excerpt was a good read all by it's self. Thanks for posting.

@MartianAbominationClone, that's the first thing that came to mind when I first saw the panels, *snickers*.

I only read issues #1-3 of Marvel NOW! Captain America. It's okay, I guess.
Invictor - 8/24/2013, 8:05 AM
But I'm digging that Captain America title, looks bad-ass.
jimoakley666 - 8/24/2013, 8:30 AM
Terrible vehicle and weapon design from Jr Jr as usual. I don't mind his artwork but anything tech or man made has all the ergonomic beauty of a razor-encrusted lead turd.
DK1111 - 8/24/2013, 8:59 AM
Great stuff! I can't wait to get my copy! The story has had some interesting plot twists and the art has a unique stylization. The color work has been some of the best I have seen in comic book illustration.
BatGOD - 8/24/2013, 9:14 AM
This book has been total shit.
KeefNCookies - 8/24/2013, 9:21 AM
JRJR shouldve stayed in the 80s.
CrimsonFlash - 8/24/2013, 9:29 AM
The books not bad. The art absolutely doesn't work for cap though. I do hate that. I'll be happy when it gets back to the kinda stuff before this run
AnAvenger - 8/24/2013, 9:37 AM
@keefNCookies he should've gone with quill :P
MarcusStrong85 - 8/24/2013, 10:28 AM
I do hope he brings Jet back to her senses so she doesn't die like Ian!
boiling - 8/24/2013, 10:43 AM
About time that shit comes to an end.
HavocPrime - 8/24/2013, 11:29 AM
JrJr is like Grant Morrison, if he hits then it goes out the park, but when he fails, my god it is horrible.
Jaspion - 8/24/2013, 11:59 AM
The size of the shield on the cover... wtf?
Boyle360 - 8/24/2013, 11:59 AM
I don't really like John Romita Jr's art. It looks likes he has no idea how to draw liquid, blood or tears. Just look at it. It's especially apparent in Kick-Ass because of the amount of blood in those comics.
GLprime2814 - 8/24/2013, 2:41 PM
FINALLY THIS SHIT IS DONE, hope next arc is better.
marvel72 - 8/24/2013, 3:22 PM
pretty much given up on this title,if you want to read quality titles written by rick remender just read the classic uncanny x-force run, early issues of venom & uncanny avengers.
Amazing512 - 8/24/2013, 5:32 PM
I've been lovin this arc, but I'm ready for a different artist. Pacheco is taking over art duties so I'm looking forward to that
SugarYumYum - 8/24/2013, 7:26 PM
Bout damn time.

Now please give Steve a shower, a shave, and a much better arc.
xeno - 8/24/2013, 7:50 PM
Ick. What a load of shit. Sharon is a childkiller and Steve is a [frick]ing hobo. Good work, Marvel.

Big Barda is going to kick that girl's ass when she realizes that she's been raiding Barda's wardrobe.
Snakeofdoom - 8/25/2013, 6:33 AM
ABOUT [frick]ING TIME!!! I love JRJR but [frick] Remender and this steaming dog turd he laid on the Cap universe. They've spent the last 10 years putting Cap back into the top tier of the Marvel pantheon where he belongs. We've been treated with classic stories from Brubaker, Loeb, Millar etc. We see Cap struggling with ideals vs. politcs with "Civil War" and then even his own trial and assasination in a JFK/cold War esque The "Death of Captain America". So how do we follow that up? We get this [frick]ing lost sequel to "Flash Gordon", minus the "Queen" soundtrack. I blame whoever gave the go ahead at marvel ALMOST as much as Remender. With all of the great stories you could tell about a hard boiled soldier of the WWII era thrust into the modern world of an America divided by liberal media, the constant threat of middle east terror plots,etc...WHY do you feel the need to thrust him into a goofy alternate dimension to fight mutants? WTF?!?
