Tell me again why Hitch couldn't draw all of the issues?
MatchesMalone1989 - 3/22/2013, 7:52 PM
This story is ok. God Butcher story is great though. We need more stories like that.
Gary8264 - 3/22/2013, 7:55 PM
I hope Cap is usin' his energy shield, if not, they've got the strips on the wrong side.
FightAs0ne - 3/22/2013, 8:22 PM
@Gary He is. You can see he doesn't have the bands around his arm to hold the shield in place.
M3T4LL0 - 3/22/2013, 8:40 PM
^^^^ Now isn't that ironic??
AmazingFantasy - 3/22/2013, 9:15 PM
Iron Man's suit is bleh
Lizardking310 - 3/22/2013, 9:39 PM
why is iron man wearing that suit?
Battabing - 3/22/2013, 9:44 PM
So Bryan Hitch was only around to draw tons of rubble.

Well done.

Someone needs to break it to Marvel-Ultron Sucks!
Even if his shell is indestructible adamantium his circuits inside are not. Heat the metal bitch up or cool him down and its over. Throw him into space-hes done. Send him 2 miles deep in the Ocean-hes done. Drain his energy-hes done.
Marvel's too focused on this crappy character.

DC did that with Doomsday but at least they got over it.

Does anyone know what happened to CARLOS PACHECO's art? His stuff on the Bishop miniseries was extraordinary. Next thing I know hes doing mediocre stuff for DC and now this.

Pacheco, Byrne, Romita Jr., Jim Lee all fell down the same hill.
EarOne - 3/22/2013, 10:14 PM
man i had enuff of this RED hulk. bring back the original GREEN hulk to join the party with his ol pals already!!!
AUSSYACE - 3/22/2013, 10:24 PM
It's Great to see the Original Iron Man costume in this and not the Transformer one he wears in the movies and every other comic book...

How the fu*k is everyone flying? and Nick Fury is white again? and iron man is going classic? theres some weird sh*t going on here.
Lightsplasher - 3/23/2013, 12:42 AM
@CaptainA : It must be Daisy Johnson whom make them fly . And Nick Fury as always been white on the 616 Universe , you just have to know that there's 2 two Nick Fury on the 616 Universe : The White One , which went underground to spy his foes and his son , Marcus Johnson aka Nick Fury Jr . Nick Fury Sr (the first Nick Fury) is still present in the 616 universe , he's just hiding . Iron Man is wearing that classic suit so that Ultron can't control his moderns suits or switch em' off .
CaptainA - 3/23/2013, 1:11 AM
Thanks for the info. I don't know much about the daisy johnson character. Also, so the white nick fury is the black nick fury's dad? And thats what i thought about iron man first, but his classic suit still runs on electronics/technology, doesn't it?
SuperiorSpiderGoblin - 3/23/2013, 1:17 AM
The old Iron Man armour against the modern landscape looks amazing! It's pretty clear why he's using it. and is that Nick Fury?
Roguish - 3/23/2013, 3:10 AM
I think Age of Ultron is brilliant, although the timeline is confusing me. I'm sure it will all be explained at some point.
GarthRanzz - 3/23/2013, 5:19 AM
Ying yang, I think they get less hungry and become lazy. I disagree with Lee, I think his work is still good. You forgot about Bagley. It's why we should all tip our glasses to George Perez.
yinyangpalms - 3/23/2013, 7:08 AM
@GarthRanzz Yeah, great point. Perez has not declined.

But as far as I know Bagley's always put out that same old peculiar stuff. His scrawlings are less interesting than Liefelds. Its the most generic art style ever.

I like Lee, and hes too busy to focus on his art now, but his DC work was never up there with his X-Men or early Wildcats stuff. But I think maybe Williams inking could be partly at fault. Its not what it once was and he always inks Lee.

But of all those guys who fell from their perches, Byrne and Pacheco have fallen the furthest. Pacheco was on his way to being the top dog when he did Bishop. Couldnt believe it when I saw his Superman+Batman stuff.
As for Byrne, in 86 he was IT with the Superman revamp and he even drew the cover of TIME. By '90 he was doing crap art on West Coast Avengers and Namor. By '96 he was a complete mess that no one cared about. From No.1 to No. 1070.
JeighJeigh - 3/23/2013, 3:51 PM
The artwork makes me not want to read this event.
Rhino4508 - 3/23/2013, 5:28 PM
Is that.... Is that a White Nick Fury?...

Rhino4508 - 3/23/2013, 5:29 PM
Also, why is the Hulk flying?
