That's probably the coolest cover I've seen in a long time. Pretty crazy.

Nice and a free toy too? cool
jimpinto24 - 12/4/2012, 10:56 AM

Thsi is cool but now I'm disappointed that hey're not giving us a figure with the issue:(
StarkAnthony - 12/4/2012, 11:14 AM
Well I feel dumb...thought it was real
kirynthemighty - 12/4/2012, 11:27 AM
Mark Brooks is one of the top 5 artists of marvel, get on it people. Disagree and I will end you. :D
spiderclone - 12/4/2012, 11:31 AM
KIRYNTHEMIGHTY, i agree and not because you threatend my life and im scared. but because he is a super duper incredible artist
Battabing - 12/4/2012, 11:49 AM
Too bad the interior art doesn't match the cover art.
xSaintx - 12/4/2012, 11:58 AM
Oh I agree with you Farkosaurus... but that's how some artists are. Same with Manga or Anime... they treat everyone as equals. The problem with modern comic artwork is that it's all extremely detailed; and in cases like this one they based everyone off of a white-ish model. Most likely, they didn't even know they were doing it.
drfate - 12/4/2012, 12:18 PM
excellent observation Farkosaurus; I saw the same thing. A brown white girl is...still a white girl.
DrDoom - 12/4/2012, 1:31 PM
I don't see whats so "incredible" about this cover art.
FlixMentallo21 - 12/4/2012, 2:00 PM
Well, they did just release a Dani Moonstar Marvel Legends figure--maybe now we'll see a Marvel Universe one (which is what the cover's trying to present).
jimoakley666 - 12/4/2012, 3:15 PM
What an utterly fantastic cover. Crap cast of characters, but cool arse cover.
DarthTesla - 12/4/2012, 7:14 PM
[frick] yeah, Moonstar is the shit. Love her.

@FlixMentallo21- I want that figure, even if it is kinda shitty. Want it mostly because of the character, but its kind of an unimpressive looking action figure.

Really excited for this comic, though. Will be bad ass.

This is an awesome cover! And why have I not heard about Dani Moonstar before? She looks bad ass!

@Farkosaurus That's the way he draws women's faces. It's hard for an artist to break away from his own style and draw character differently based on their ethnicity.

Even with that said, I completely agree with you. The action figure of Dani actually makes her look Native American. Why didn't Mark Brooks draw her like that elsewhere?
mk - 12/4/2012, 8:45 PM
Oh shit i thought it was a toy lol.. that is some great art indeed
mk - 12/4/2012, 8:49 PM
Also, drawing is a part time hobby for me. I find that drawing women really hard thats why when i draw women they end up looking the same for me.. maybe its just me who has that problem
