SweatyHands - 1/8/2014, 7:04 AM
This looks fantastic
charlie2094 - 1/8/2014, 7:06 AM
Awesome! Really enjoyed Brubakers Immortal Iron Fist run, have wanted another on-going series since reading it! Not a huge fan of the art, but it's growing on me, will give it a try for sure

Wonder if K'un-Lun will feature in the Netflix show, would be great to see! Get that they might not for budgetary reasons, but pretty important

Isn't Immortal Iron Fist still ongoing? How is this series going to be different? It doesn't look different.
ezio619 - 1/8/2014, 7:09 AM

charlie2094 - 1/8/2014, 7:11 AM

Immortal Iron Fist finished in 2009, hasn't been an Iron Fist series since
Knowman14 - 1/8/2014, 7:14 AM
Nothing to be real excited about here. I don't think it will work unless it ties in with another more popular hero.
charlie2094 - 1/8/2014, 7:16 AM
Hopefully Dr Strange comes next! Once they announce the movie at comic-con, there has to be a new ongoing Dr Strange series. Hopefully they'll do it even sooner, that's one series I really want!
TheWolverine08 - 1/8/2014, 7:24 AM
This is pretty awesome!
Googs - 1/8/2014, 7:24 AM

knocturnalzen10 - 1/8/2014, 7:38 AM
iron fist is a a [frick]ing legend , especially with chi amping stuff
BoneSawIsReady - 1/8/2014, 7:42 AM
Terrible cover art - the bones in the forearm DO NOT cross over in that position. Good grief I thought these guys knew anatomy. Pronation Vs. Supination... look it up. SMH
LoudLon - 1/8/2014, 7:46 AM
The pic with the helicopters looks like it was copied out of Avatar.

I've always liked Iron Fist but this just looks silly.
jimoakley666 - 1/8/2014, 7:54 AM
Looks and sound [frick]ing ace.
J0RELLC00LJ - 1/8/2014, 7:57 AM
Okay, realistic anatomy aside, the cover looks pretty cool. I like to see the different take on his glowing fists. I like what I see so far, will have to look into it after a few issues have come out.
TheRealRemyLebeau - 1/8/2014, 7:58 AM
Art looks good and bringing Iron Fist back into the forefront before netflix show is a smart move. He looks like a man who just had sex and still has killing on his mind. This looks murderously good.
TheRealRemyLebeau - 1/8/2014, 8:01 AM
Art almost looks like Aeon Flux art.
Doopie - 1/8/2014, 8:03 AM
this looks pretty cool to me..also impressive that it's all done by the one guy!
Dotanuki - 1/8/2014, 8:19 AM
I wonder if this series is being established as the template for the impending Netflix series?
superotherside - 1/8/2014, 8:20 AM
I read the first few old issues of Iron Fist. Loved the 70's martial artist vibe to it.

It reminded me of all those old martial artist films in the 70's, 80's, and 90's.

While the camera work isn't as good as today's it sure is impressive to watch some of the real martial artists work.

Don't get me wrong, I love the action scenes of today but most of the actors aren't as trained as the real martial artists.

That said some martial artists did need some acting lessons.

Anyway Iron Fist is one of my favorite characters now. So yeah. If this is good bring it on.

Although the art on the last page is terrible. Looks like that guy who was doing the art from Spider Island is filling in again...
Joementum - 1/8/2014, 8:24 AM
I have yet to find an ultimate "YES!" gif that fits this news.
Joementum - 1/8/2014, 8:28 AM

Good hygiene is important..and so is a good F***.
TheVirgin - 1/8/2014, 8:32 AM
Looking great.
bananaking - 1/8/2014, 8:36 AM
The art is diffrent
Ramiel - 1/8/2014, 8:40 AM
Diggin' the art.
wcwpoet - 1/8/2014, 8:43 AM
So both of his fist are going to be Iron now? I like Kaare Andrews even though Spider-Man Reign was a bit of a letdown but I'll check this out.
rabid - 1/8/2014, 8:50 AM
Poor Shang-Chi never gets a shot at his own series.
marvel72 - 1/8/2014, 9:06 AM
loving that cover, the art inside isn't bad either.

looking forward to this.
Nigrutin - 1/8/2014, 9:28 AM
Whoa.. I might even get this if the story is good, not really fan of the art but I dunno..
RyGoR - 1/8/2014, 9:44 AM
I friggin' love this it's perfect for the story they're trying to tell lately Marvel has been killing it with their artwork and how the artwork conveys the stories and suits the writers' different styles

Shoooooooooooot man this guy on iron fist be doing it all by himself tippy tye tippy tay :P

Can't wait to read this!!!!
SunfireUrA55 - 1/8/2014, 9:55 AM
@rabid. Amen to that. Here you go Mr. White man can have all of the powers over us simply because you are better than us. BS character!

So I'm confused. There isn't going to be a live action series on Netflix???? Just a comic book series? Didn't they have one not too long ago? What makes them think this will be better than the last series???
MightyZeus - 1/8/2014, 10:01 AM
The artwork looks great. I've never been interested in Iron Fist so i'm hoping this series will be the one to pull me into the character.
SentinelofLiberty - 1/8/2014, 10:07 AM
@Charlie, thanks! I buy all my funny books digitally now, and they just recently released a bunch of new Immortal Iron Fist books. I just assumed they were same day as print, because I'm a moron.
PunkRockJesus - 1/8/2014, 10:27 AM
Hell yeah! Iron Fistin' yo asses!
Brainiac13 - 1/8/2014, 10:27 AM
Can't wait.......fantastic stories......underated character......hope they have Daredevil make a few appearence in the series.

Brainiac13 - 1/8/2014, 10:29 AM
Yeah the art looks crap......but its the story that matters.
Fastestmanalive - 1/8/2014, 10:30 AM
Always liked Iron Fist. I think he's a very under rated character with a lot of potential.

He's different and unique but still has "star power"

Somebody just need to find a way to tell his story well.
Logan5 - 1/8/2014, 10:30 AM
Pg 6 reminds me of Bill Plympton for some reason. Diggin' the artwork!
