This is an abomination.

Wolverine isn't immortal. Eventually his healing factor will slow down and as it slows down his body will begin to age at a normal rate if not even speed up.

Of course the last issue will lead into a new series.
Rpendo - 2/23/2014, 1:27 PM

How is this an abomination? This was a great X-Men series...very few low points, TONS of high points. Great writing, pretty good and consistent art, and it brought a bunch of characters no one cared much about previously front-and-center.
421YoloSwag - 2/23/2014, 1:30 PM
@rpendo say dat to my face nerd then why are they used on all of the big sites google looks for that shit thats how you do news idiot #urclueless #growup

arsonjack - 2/23/2014, 1:41 PM
nah wolverine never gets old
DTor91 - 2/23/2014, 1:57 PM

Using nerd in a comic site dedicated to things that for the most part are considered nerdy. Pot calling the kettle black don't you think?
dellamorte1872 - 2/23/2014, 2:00 PM
Surprised kid omega made a come back no offense to fans of this title but I honestly never liked him
421YoloSwag - 2/23/2014, 2:05 PM

jimoakley666 - 2/23/2014, 3:54 PM
Loved this series. Looking forward to the next.
TheDpool - 2/23/2014, 4:14 PM

You have just become enemy number one, Good luck in surviving the next few days on the site.

This series has been one of Marvels best in a long time, the stories always keep you interested unlike other titles recently.
421YoloSwag - 2/23/2014, 4:22 PM

@420 we are a fickle bunch on this website.
ReadSkull - 2/23/2014, 4:42 PM
@420yoloswag Wow. I agree that people shouldn't have responded the way in which they did to your comments but the way in which you conduct yourself is seemingly troll-like behavior. If you take some time to more clearly state your question or comment you'll have a better time on this site.
Darth258 - 2/23/2014, 4:55 PM
pff.. someone calling someone else a nerd in a comic book movie website. Guess you are surrounded.

Good thing we have a multiverse for all these alternative futures. Old Man Logan is still my favourite.
SimpleeComplex - 2/23/2014, 4:56 PM
I like the cover, nice homage to DOFP

@420yoloswag Actually, hashtags are really only used on Twitter, because they are used to show people what's trending.

They don't serve any technical function off of Twitter. I'm not defending what Rpendo said, but I'm just saying you using hashtags on other sites doesn't work the same as using them on Twitter.

yoloswag smokin dat garbage weed lol. seem like a dunce writin every sentence with a hash tag. Just curious how old r u? R u part of that new generation that has no social skills and can only communicate thru/facebook/instagram??
Rpendo - 2/23/2014, 5:21 PM
Sorry, while I usually despise those who mock others online, I can't think that anyone whose name is 420yoloswag is anyone but someone who's trying to be ironic.

...Or, rather, I refuse to believe that someone would voluntarily take that tag. I figured by commenting on the stupidity of the hashtags I was just in on the gentleman's joke.

...apparently not. Apparently he was being serious. Awkward.

GeekMobRoanoke - 2/23/2014, 6:11 PM
Is the article that boring that people wold rather fight with each other than actually comment about it?
SecretAvenger001 - 2/23/2014, 6:26 PM
Okay so someone explain to me why Marvel is relaunching all of their relaunched titles? Who came up with the idea to start over from #1 every few years.
Darth258 - 2/23/2014, 6:51 PM
@haroldthehand: Do you have any comment about the article instead of commenting about people not commenting an article? :P
CrashTest - 2/23/2014, 8:12 PM
booo. To many alternate universes.
loki668 - 2/23/2014, 10:25 PM

Stop inciting the crowd, ya knucklehead! Or else, I'm hiding your weed and pissing in your "molly"!! I'll also have Miley Cyrus give you the herpes!!
Kylemusprimal - 2/23/2014, 11:28 PM
@OldGreg: Not sure if your serious or not but its Idie Okonkwo, not Storm :)

This guy does a terrific job emulating Arthur Adams style.
KrazyForKomix - 2/24/2014, 5:40 AM
Remember the good old days when a successful comic was rewarded with the continued support of the company? I mean the fact that issue 42 stands out as a long running series is ridiculous. I don't want any apologist for Marvel (or DC) siting reasons it better this way. It isn't.
rabid - 2/24/2014, 8:01 AM
I'm glad they kept the hair change from The Best There Is. The horn hair gets kind of old after a while, and that series showed that Wolverine's hair grows according to his memory of what it looks like. The horn hair was a remnant of his Lupine side.
Freek - 2/24/2014, 8:38 AM

Hmm. I guess its those kinda people huh?
In a fair world we have every right to go after u tho.....
Freek - 2/24/2014, 8:43 AM
Maybe I'll probably change my name to TunchieYoloKilla$waggPaperCha$erChainzzz
Maybe then we'll get along just fine :)
Dunejedi - 2/24/2014, 12:10 PM
This was a solid series. No need to relaunch. In fact, relaunches have the opposite effect on me than they're intended to. It makes me less interested in checking it out. Way to go Marvel.
RolandD - 2/24/2014, 12:40 PM
@arsonjack- Wolverine, one of the most overused characters in the Marvel stable. All of the X-men movies (not First Class) could have been called Wolverine and the X-men. Wolverine gets old, very old. (Sorry, can't help myself).
