Some sick veins to be showing through leather, though...
MegatronLP9 - 1/3/2014, 12:29 PM
Looks kool, I love Granovs work
MrCameron - 1/3/2014, 12:29 PM
Just ditch the cowl and it would translate perfectly to live action.
MrDonut - 1/3/2014, 12:29 PM
Adi Granov's art is always great, but looks weird having Logan with a thicker looking moustache lol... Regardless, looking at this suit, it just reminds me how great the First Class suits were; all they'd need is a X-logo thrown on on the chest and they'd be perfect; classic and realistic- hope the next set of X-suits take some influence from that...
MrCameron - 1/3/2014, 12:30 PM
So Marvel's killing off Wolverine eh?
Odin - 1/3/2014, 12:30 PM
Lose the mask, and you got a deal :)
Bl00dwerK - 1/3/2014, 12:31 PM
How far he has fallen...
Nomis - 1/3/2014, 12:31 PM
KEEP THE COWL and it will STILL look great on FILM!

Granov's art is amazing!
Mike89 - 1/3/2014, 12:31 PM
ears on the side of the cowl should be longer and maybe....just maybe it could work without looking silly.
superotherside - 1/3/2014, 12:32 PM

I could see this in a film. I just don't want to see Fox doing anymore Fox-men films.

But oh well. Marvel will probably never get the rights back...
Ramiel - 1/3/2014, 12:33 PM
Why does Wolverine need a mask?
marvelstudios - 1/3/2014, 12:33 PM
If only Wolverine was done by Marvel.
MrCameron - 1/3/2014, 12:33 PM
@ TheHeat

Exactly. It just seems ... restrictive to his senses.
Jaspion - 1/3/2014, 12:34 PM
MrCBM56 - 1/3/2014, 12:34 PM
I hate when people say give the rights back to marvel. If marvel really loved and believed in this franchise, they would've never sold them. Their lost.
Nomis - 1/3/2014, 12:36 PM
@ TheHeat and NapoleonDynamite -

Reasonnnn - 1/3/2014, 12:36 PM
@MrCBM56 They didn't have any choice though right? Bankruptcy is a biotch
AgentZero - 1/3/2014, 12:37 PM
The mask is what will not work in a live action movie. It just seems weird and feminine
MrCBM56 - 1/3/2014, 12:37 PM
"the storyline that will change Wolverine as we know him forever!"

Lol. Almost every com has the tag line, "change something forever."
Fastestmanalive - 1/3/2014, 12:38 PM
Costume's decent.

Artwork is amazing.

This guy already did an amazing job on Cap. He needs to do more.
Hellsboy - 1/3/2014, 12:38 PM
Ha I wish singer will never put the characters in anything but black on black
TelaVizion - 1/3/2014, 12:41 PM
Ppl saying the mask won't work, yet I don't see y'all complaining about Spidey's corny suit or Batman looking silly in his cowl
Alphadog - 1/3/2014, 12:44 PM
The only reason why Wolverine would wear the cowl would be if Yukio died and he used it to honor her. Even then he woul only use it while getting revenge on the killer not for the rest of his life. It's like John mcklane wearing the batman suit, it just doesn't make sense.
Enphlieuwince - 1/3/2014, 12:46 PM
Nice find @Josh. This would look great on film - mask and all.
kevberg - 1/3/2014, 12:46 PM
Use the Brown and Tan or the X-force one. Badassery. Simple.
Nomis - 1/3/2014, 12:46 PM
@ TelaVizion - Exactly!
HULK2099 - 1/3/2014, 12:48 PM
pretty badass, would like to see that on film
Nomis - 1/3/2014, 12:52 PM
@ Gusto - Damn Skippy it'll work on the big screen!

And they better be true to the colors in the source material, bright pink and blue!

And you'd better not let that simple minded Bryan Singer director the movie and put me in ALL BLACK LEATHER. ;)

Alphadog - 1/3/2014, 12:55 PM
It's not about what the cowl looks like, but about why he would wear it. It doesn't fit at all with the character.
thewolfx - 1/3/2014, 12:55 PM
That suit sucks ass from artistic standpoint but his artwork makes it barable
MrCBM56 - 1/3/2014, 1:00 PM

Huh , where's Thor helmet?
Alphadog - 1/3/2014, 1:01 PM
@MARVELPSYCHO79 Because it doesn't make sense from a psychological point of view. Wolverine in real life would never follow a trend like that.
pointman - 1/3/2014, 1:02 PM
It is pointless to argue. They are trying to kill off costumes because they aren't realistic. My question is for the people saying that; why did you read comics in the first place? None of it is realistic. If want uber realism then watch a bourne movie or any of the other t.v. knock superhero stuff.
IMHO wolvie wears a mask because, he likes to intimidate and it would be hard to cover your identity with a hairstyle like that!
MrCBM56 - 1/3/2014, 1:03 PM
The question is, who is Wolverine hiding from?
Nomis - 1/3/2014, 1:03 PM
Wolverine has wore his mask for over 30 years in the comics before Singer made his Crappy FoX-men movies and when they are done Making them (Hopefully soon, thank God) he'll still be wearing it!

As for why...

macfint - 1/3/2014, 1:04 PM
this guy can do no wrong
kevberg - 1/3/2014, 1:05 PM
Wolverine WOULD indeed wear a costume like that.
why? Because he's a killer/soldier/fighter out loose with Knives in his hands and oh yeah...hes a mutant.

BruceWayneNewton - 1/3/2014, 1:08 PM
Closer to the original mask. I like it.
Alphadog - 1/3/2014, 1:09 PM
@NOMIS Since when does he hide his identity? In the movies he certanly doesn't and I've never read a comic where he dcared about his secret identity. Pretty much everyone that knows Wolverine exists knows that he's Logan. And that scene from the comic would fit the character if it made sense for him to wear a costume but it doesn't. Of course I like costumes but if they don't make sense than that's something that I don't want in a movie.
