LONDON SUPER COMIC CON 2013: Dan Slott, Kieron Gillen, Esad Ribic And More To Attend

After Stan Lee's appearance at last year's first LSCC, the organisers behind the event found themselves faced with the task of coming back for a second year even bigger than better than before. Well, if the following list of creators in attendance is anything to by, they've definitely succeeded!

Last year, I was lucky enough to go to the first London Super Comic Convention where I got the opportunity to meet the legend that is Stan "The Man" Lee. Of course, after bringing the creator of so many Marvel characters over to the UK, one couldn't help but wonder how the organisers of the event would possibly be able to match that. Well, below is one hell of an impressive list (in the order that they were announced) of the various writers and artists who will be in attendance this year. As you can see, it includes top Marvel talent like Dan Slott (The Superior Spider-Man) and Kieron Gillen (Young Avengers and top DC talent such as David Finch (Batman: The Dark Knight) and Lee Bermejo (Before Watchmen: Rorschach) among many others. More details on the show - and tickets available for purchase - can be found by clicking HERE. This year's London Super Comic Convention takes place between Saturday February 23rd and Sunday February 24th.

I take it Dan Slott is going to have extra security.

Not going this year. Although there seems some good names, last year Stan Lee was really was the only reason I enjoyed it; apart from that it was boring, overpriced, and unorganised (though the cosplay was quite fun, even though me going as the Doctor was stupid, but I'm glad I did it).
I dunno, if there are still tickets like the week before then maybe I'll go but overwise I'm not bothered.
Anyhow, to be honest it's just good to know English conventions are being reported on here.

Do you mean 2013? If not you've missed it.

Neal Adams? George Perez? Roy Thomas? Bill Seincewisc? David Mack? Ron Marz?
This seems to be one I should go to. I mean it's not exactly San Diego or Wondercon, but it's probably the best the UK will have this year.
