i thought they were pretty good,if marvel studios owned the deadpool movie rights we'd have a deadpool movie by now or even a netflix show.

Deadpool *leaps to other end of spectrum* Wonder Woman.

Y'see what I'm gettin' at here?

Depends who's writing him.

That was beautiful, @PsychoManiacJacky.
MFDOOM - 8/25/2014, 5:10 PM
I wouldn't consider all of these covers "iconic," but it's intelligent marketing per usual.

Tales to Astonish #13 is the best one.
SirRoland - 8/25/2014, 5:27 PM
yeah pretty cool !
Liverpool4life - 8/25/2014, 5:30 PM
When I think of iconic covers, I think of Fantastic Four #1, ASM #50, Avengers #57, X-Men #101, Amazing Fantasy #1 or Daredevil #181. They should have worked Deadpool into those.
nibs - 8/25/2014, 5:39 PM
Good idea, weak execution.
staypuffed - 8/25/2014, 5:47 PM
ugh. I am not liking those at all.
robometrallador - 8/25/2014, 6:02 PM
hes really funny sometimes but not by making sharp observations, every hero fails at that, hes funny at his randomness like the time he hired a homeless crazy bum to follow him everywhere saying hes his official biographer, that run was hilarious
Phronesis - 8/25/2014, 6:18 PM
Why the [frick] do people like Deadpool so much? He's a cool character but his exposure to popular culture is getting large for no reason.
Dingbat - 8/25/2014, 6:21 PM
How are these Iconic? This is iconic...
TheAstoundingMan - 8/25/2014, 6:29 PM

They already did that one, I'm afraid.

Dingbat - 8/25/2014, 6:40 PM

lol, Stephen Colbert did it too

FearTheLiving - 8/25/2014, 6:46 PM
Ha had a good laugh at these.

Groot really let himself go.
Ramiel - 8/25/2014, 8:51 PM
Deadpool would be awesome in the MCU.

@marvel72 I highly doubt that. They've had Blade for several years, but have zero plans for him. Why would Deadpool be any different?
GranGoose - 8/25/2014, 11:03 PM
Deadpooll is the Bugs Bunny of Marvel.
ScionStorm - 8/26/2014, 2:09 AM
@TheDarkKryptonian That's a picture of Groot from a long time ago. He actually lost a lot of weight over the years. His steady diet of action-adventure has kept him pretty lean and toned.
marvel72 - 8/26/2014, 3:05 AM
@ Sipprelle

because deadpool is more popular than blade & he hasn't had a third movie i.e blade trinity that ruined the character & is one of the worse comic book movies ever made.

they'll make more money out of deadpool than they ever would out of blade.
GentlemanlyBatman - 8/26/2014, 3:13 AM
I'll admit when Deadpool is funny, he's really funny. But more often than not, when he's not funny, he's irritatingly not funny.
BlackWarrior - 8/26/2014, 6:56 AM
He didn't stop at comics....

Sykamore - 8/26/2014, 10:04 AM
CavEl - 8/27/2014, 9:42 AM
Whoever created those covers

They're not funny. 90% of Deadpool isn't funny and is directed at people with a 5 year old's sense of humor. Same goes for Harley Quinn.
