DARK AVENGERS Fan Made Movie Trailer

DARK AVENGERS Fan Made Movie Trailer

Fan-made trailer for the Marvel Comics series, "Dark Avengers". Using both video and photoshop editing to bring these iconic characters to life. Check out the details below!

I've made very few fan-made trailers, but I found myself a little inspired to make this one. Dark Avengers tells the story of villains taking on the roles of iconic heroes in the Avengers team. The team consists of Moonstone, Sentry, Venom, Ares and Bullseye amongst a few others. I chose to focus this trailer on Norman Osborn aka Iron Patriot, who is the leader of the team and one of the driving forces in the Dark Avengers series.

I used clips from quite a few different movies, which are listed in the video description box. I also had to use some photoshop editing to get the desired effect to bring some of these characters to life.

I'd appreciate your ratings and comments!

really nice dude! sound editing could be a bit tighter but apart from that loved it, especially the group shot from the stark expo, keep up the good work!

I only had one problem. Daisy duke wearin' Wolf boy as daken. But still very good and believable

That was by far one of the coolest videos I have seen. I really wish they could make a Dark Avengers movie but Fox and Sony own the rights to most of the characters in the team. The only problem is Taylor Lautner as Dakken He is a crappy actor. Dafoe as Osborn is great even though we probably won't see it again. The manip on Sentry looked a little fake but who am I to judge.

Thanks for the positive feedback!
I wouldn't cast Lautner as Daken on any usual occasion, but that clip was the easiest to photoshop his head and tattoo, which I thought was important to show who he was supposed to be. I'd actually like Daniel Henney (Agent Zero from XO: Wolverine) to play the part, I think he's half Korean-half American, so he kind of fits physically. Yeah the photoshopping isn't my strongest point of expertise (it also takes the most time), so I tried to keep those parts few and short.
Thanks again peeps!

I had to sub to your channel (I'm comicbookprodigy995) This is brilliant, I don't even know how you masked over the characters with costumes and such. Love your avatar BTW, I was sad that Michael left, but this current seasons finale gave me hope the show can last a bit longer.

@CBMM1, It's a nice little piece isn't it? Used in one of the Inception trailers, most people think it's Hans Zimmer where it's actually a guy called Zack Hemsey. I like to think it can make anything epic, so it helped my trailer quite a bit.

@TheGambitFreak, Thanks man. But like I've said to most, as you can see, my video count is not that high, so I can't promise there'll be a new vid every other week. My only two real projects are Civil War and now Dark Avengers, but who knows, maybe sometime in the future I'll do something like Secret Invasion or something. No promises! But thanks for the sub and kind words, appreciated.

Oh and yes, Michael leaving was a real downer, he was my favorite part of the show. I'm trying to stay optimistic, but I just don't see The Office working as well without Agent Michael Scarn with the few episodes I have seen of season 8, let's hope I'm wrong.

@JokerFanHAhaHA, It's from xXx 2: The Next Level, starring Ice Cube instead of Vin Diesel. Not really a fan of the film, but the Dafoe scenes were perfect for what I was looking for.
