Batman (Bruce Wayne) - Sam Witwer
About: Batman is the superhero protector of Gotham City, a man dressed like a bat who fights against evil and strikes terror into the hearts of criminals everywhere. In his secret identity he is Bruce Wayne, billionaire industrialist and notorious playboy. Although he has no superhuman powers, he is one of the world's smartest men and greatest fighters. His physical prowess and technical ingenuity make him an incredibly dangerous opponent. He is also a founding member of the Justice League and the Outsiders.
Notable Roles: Starkiller (Force Unleashed 1 & 2),David Bloome/Doomsday (Smallville) and Ian Daniel "Aidan" McCollin (Being Human)
Riddler (Edward Nigma) - Andrew Scott
About: Edward Nashton was born into a broken home, his mother was absent and his father was abusive. When Edward was a young boy, he became excited at the idea of winning a puzzle contest at school. To increase his likelihood of winning, Edward sneaked into school during the night and practiced the puzzle until he could solve it with ease. He ended up winning, and was awarded a riddle book as a prize. Since that time, he has mastered puzzles, mind games, and riddles. Edward was profoundly intelligent, and would pass tests with apparent ease, something his father, out of jealousy, couldn't or wouldn't believe, and therefore attributed his success to cheating (supposedly catching him once) and beat on him repeatedly to keep him 'out of trouble,' or to stop him from lying. Out of the abuse Edward developed a compulsion he has became known for, he constantly endeavors to tell the truth to prove his innocence. This is where his obsession with riddles comes from. Unfortunately the abuse is also a main factor that drove him mad and to a life of crime
Notable Roles: Jim Moriaty (Sherlock) and Tommy McGann (Dead Bodies)
Alfred Pennyworth - Terence Stamp

Scarecrow (Jonathan Crane) - Harry Lloyd

Jonathan Crane was originally a well-respected professor, although he lost credibility when he obsessively took his experiments too far and descended into madness.

James Gordon - Mark Harmon
About: James Gordon is a member of the Gotham City Police Department, and one of Batman's greatest allies. He is a controversial political figure in Gotham City because of his willingness to work alongside a vigilante, but he is one of the most honest cops on the force, often struggling against corruption from within. He frequently works outside the law when necessary, although he maintains a strict unbreakable moral code. He has made it clear many times that he only tolerates Batman because they follow the same code, and if he ever crossed the line Gordon would not hesitate to bring him down. They share many rooftop meetings on top of Gotham City Police Headquarters going over cases, with Gordon supplying information to the dark knight.
Notable Roles:Robert Dunlap (Eleanor and Franklin: The White House Years), Ted Bundy (The Deliberate Stranger) and Leroy Jethro Gibbs (NCIS)
Harvey Dent(Not Two-Face yet) - Clive Owen
About: Two-Face is a super-villain obsessed with duality and the number "two," who fights Batman on a regular basis. His psychosis leads him to believe that there is no objective morality, and everything is rufled by chance; he carries a scarred double-sided coin to make all of his decisions, determining whether his actions will be good or evil. This makes him highly unpredictable as a criminal mastermind. In his civilian identity he was Harvey Dent, Gotham City's district attorney until mobster Sal Maroni ruined half of his face with a bottle of acid during trial.
Notable Roles: Larry (Closer), Dwight McCarthy (Sin City) and Dalton Russell (Inside Man)
Jack Ryder - Casey Affleck

Vicki Vale - Rachael Taylor
About: Vicki Vale is a reporter for the Gotham Gazette and a love interest of Bruce Wayne. Her irregular relationship with Bruce leaves her unaware of his identity as Batman, although she has speculated that they are the same person.
Notable Roles: Maggie Madsen (Transformers), Lucy Fields (Grey's Anatomy) and Abigail Sampson (Charlie's Angels)
Gillian B. Loeb - Paul Guilfoyle
About: Gillian Loeb was Commissioner of the GCPD when James Gordon and the Batman first arrived in Gotham City. He was thoroughly corrupt and found Gordon's honesty troubling for his operations. Initially, Loeb did not have any real problems with Batman, believing him to be a simple street vigilante.
Notable Roles: Jim Brass (CSI) and Travis Morgan/Warlord (Justice League Unlimited)
CAMEO: Deathstroke - Sean Bean
About: Imbued with enhanced physical powers by secret army experiments attempting to create metahuman supersoldiers for the U.S. military, Deathstroke became a mercenary soon after the experiment when he defied orders and rescued his friend Wintergreen, who had been sent on a suicide mission by a commanding officer with a grudge. However, he kept this career secret from his family, even though his wife was an expert military combat instructor—indeed, she had been responsible for a significant portion of his early training—until a criminal named the Jackal took his younger son, Joseph, hostage to force Slade to divulge the name of a client who had hired him as an assassin. Slade refused to do so, claiming that it was against his personal honor code, and attacked and killed the kidnappers at the rendezvous. Unfortunately, Joseph's throat was slashed by one of the criminals before Slade could prevent it, destroying his vocal cords and rendering him mute.
After taking Joseph to the hospital, Slade's wife, Adeline, enraged at his endangerment of her son, tried to kill Slade by shooting him, but only managed to destroy his right eye. Afterward, his confidence in his physical abilities was such that he made no secret of his impaired vision, marked by his mask which has a black, featureless half covering his lost eye. Without his mask, Slade wears an eye-patch
