Yes he would. Batman wouldn't get a punch in. He's dodged Bullseye. He's gone up against Mr. Fear, for he is without it. He has dominated the threat of Mister Purple!!! Daredevil is Batman times 10.

The majority of Batman's foes are physical wimps. He's got a few that can pack a punch (Croc, Hush, Red Hood), but the majority of his rogues are all psychological or mafia related.

DD's got all three and then some. They're both "ninjas" at the peak of human conditioning. Batman might be smarter, but Matt's no idiot. Matt's taken on foes like Wolverine and Captain America with relative ease (though there's never been a clear-cut winner). The edge Batman would have is building a sonar device or something, but I feel like that has been used against Matt so much that he can get through it (as he has before). I give the fight to Matt, predominantly because his training has been more all-encompassing and he's been training longer than Wayne (dependent upon the origin story).

batman would beat dd. hes vastly smarter and physically superior. daredevil with help in avengers break out could not handle even carnage. The bat has beaten Superman. dd patrols a ny, neighboorhood. the bat ALL OF GOTHAM. now i like dd, but batman is too much.

Daredevil would own Batman. 1st Batman doesn't know that DD is blind (and honestly would be very hard pressed to figure that out even if the fight was a rematch, no matter how smart he is) so most likely wouldn't use sonics at all. Even if he did DD has dealt with them before (as battlin' mentioned) Batman uses the darkness as his ally, but Daredevil truly lives in darkness. Batman wouldn't be prepared for that. Every move Batman would make DD would sense and be able to react to far quicker than a normal human. Frankly in a straight out beatdown Daredevil would win. He has the speed and technique of a ninja trained over 20+ years, and the resilience of a heavy weight boxer, backed up with superpowers which Batman is lacking. I find it doubtful Bats would even land a solid blow.

A swarm of Bats wouldn't do anything to DD (also seriously they are hardly a weapon...assume Batman had the slightly ridiculous ability to summon all of the what...50? bats living in NY City. They would have to fly for 10-20 mins in order to reach the fight. It would be long over by that point even if they would do something more impressive than fly around in a circle.) And if you gave DareDevil a kryptonite ring, he'd wipe the floor with the big blue boy scout any day of the week...so that really isn't a convincing argument either.

This makes me think what it would be like if Chris Nolan did Daredevil

Fist to fist: DD's senses give him a clear edge; he can hear Bat's blood rate speed up before he throws the first punch and he's dodged blows by Spider-Man, who's at least 15x faster than the average joe. His super-senses also increased his inner ear function, giving him perfect balance; with increased balance comes increased agility. With increased agility comes increased speed. With increased speed comes punches Bats will have a hard time seeing coming.

Weaponry: with DD's radar sense and reflexes he can knock a bullet out of the air with his billy club. Nothing bats throws at him is going to be fast as a bullet.

Strength: I'd rate them about even; both are as strong and fit of men of their height, weight and builds can be. Neither are as strong as Captain America, but they're both well above average.

DD's got him beat in at least two of the three major "fight" categories. Mind you, I am a Batman fan and consider him a true bad-ass, but this isn't the wiry Joker or the slow-ass Killer Croc he's fighting here. It's the man without fear. The man no one can sneak up on, the man who can hear every move you make before you even make it. Bats goes down.

REDHOOD13

He would give us a watered-down Daredevil cinematic universe. Lol.
