Looking Back At Phase 1

It all began with one sentence, "I'm here to talk to you about the Avengers Initiative." Ten simple words that paved the way for some of the best CBMs in years. Phase one of Marvel's Cinematic Universe was a game changer, never before has any studio made a CBM that successfully set up a shared universe between its individual characters. Marvel's hard work did not go unnoticed, the majority of fans and critics were never let down.
Earlier this year, The Avengers was released, ending Phase one with a bang and shattered box office records while also making Warner Brothers green light the Justice League movie that was stuck in development hell for so long. Next year Phase Two will kickoff with the highly anticipated Iron Man 3 and will also provide us with the sequels to Thor and Captain America: The First Avenger, as well as Guardians Of The Galaxy and a possible Ant-Man movie, Phase 2 will be topped off with the currently untitled Avengers sequel. Will Phase 2 be as well-received as Phase 1? Only time will tell, but I personally believe that as long as Marvel continues to put the fans first, then Phase 2 will also breathe new life into comic book movies once again.

this is a a really boring article, why did you write it? what are you trying to say?

People have been talking about writing about JL and how they think its going to develop. If others are fed up of this, I´m fed up of articles about MCU phase 2, which aren´t giving any extra information about it.

By the way, the Captain America sequel will be named Captain America: Winter Soldier, but informative article none the less.

The main reason I wrote this is just to share my thoughts, but this my first editorial so any criticism is welcome

DrAwesome: it´s nothing personal, it´s well written, just a little underdeveloped.

@wesleygibson First off thank you, I'm just relieved that I didn't get a huge bashing. The articles that drive me insane are the ones that are just incoherent ramblings of a troll

@aresww3 Don't worry, the next one should hit it out of the park.

Could be a little longer, and have some pics.
evilness - 10/13/2012, 11:51 PM
dude, sorry but there really wasn't much reflection here...

paraphrasing what you said:
marvel made good movies in phase 1
avengers was a success
there'll be sequels in phase 2

okay... we all knew that. i didn't think we needed to be reminded...

I agree that Phase 1 was cool. That is all.
