Star Wars: The Revan Trilogy (fancast)

What it would look like if they made trilogy about Revan (IMO)

I've been thinking about this for awhile and It still seems like a good idea in my head.

What if Lucasfilm made a Star Wars trilogy about Revan? It's a good story, and has a lot of intriguing characters.


Now for some of you who haven't played the Knights of the Old Republic (A.K.A Kotor), then I'm pretty sure you may not know who Revan is either.



Revan was a Jedi Knight who fought in the Mandalorian Wars, even though the Jedi Council said they wouldn't be involved.

Revan later turned to the dark side, along with his Padawan/Apprentice Malak.


That is all I will tell you. If you want to know more, go play Kotor 1. If you don't have any interest in playing the game, then you can do what most people do...and search for info on youtube.



When Lucas was running things, I thought there was snowflakes chance in heck of this happening. But now with Disney running things, it is unlikely, but possible that this could happen in say the next 20 years or so.


If I was going to choose a director/writer it would be Joss Whedon for me. The guy is so good at story telling and I think with a story like this, it would a be a really great trilogy.


The three movies would about Revan's rise as a Jedi in the Mandalorian Wars, his fall to the dark side, and then his redemption










Christian Bale as Revan


I tried to tell myself no, but there really wasn't anybody who I thought could pull off a good Revan.

















Michael Fassbender or Matthew Fox as Malak

Both are tremendous actors who have had great success as villians and I think you would have to coin flip this one if you want to choose.
















Nathan Fillion or Mark Wahlberg as Carth Onasi


















Kate Beckinsale or Emily Blunt as Bastila Shan


Both great female actresses and we know how well Joss does with Female Characters.







Morgan Freeman as Jolee Bindo


I hope you have a good reason on why he shouldn't be in this role, because I don't.






Stephen Lang As Canderous Ordo







Jennifer Lawrence as Vao

You guys can probably think of a better person for this part, but I couldn't. So please post your suggestions in the comment section.





Amanda Rigetti as Meetra Surik

Just because it's about Revan doesn't mean Meetra Surik should have nothing to do with the first film. Especially seeing on how her whole story would be affected by the events of the film.


What do you guys think? Ok with it, like it, love it , or hate it?

This is a good cast. My main suggestion would be Fassbender as Revan, Tom Hardy as Malak and Jeremy Renner as Carth. But this is a really good fancast, and I hope we get a KOTOR movie in the future, expecially since Disney wants as much Star Wars as they can get

also, Whedon would be a great choice for a KOTOR movie. Though one quick thing: what about Juhani and HK-47?

@Spectre94 Thanks for the comment! I haven't really thought about Juhani, If I can think of someone, I will update this fancast. And as for HK, I think since he will be CGI, I think having Kristoffer Tabori doing the voice would be the best thing to do.

@giannis The audience has seen that in the span of six movies, and they did it backwards. This one I think would be done better and right.

I would say maybe Olga Kurylenko for Juhani. She was good in Centurion and Quantum of Solace. And I do love KOTOR, and I would definitely watch that trilogy. Any chance of a KOTOR 2 fancast as well?

I think she would be a good Meetra. I'm not too familiar with the actress, so I can't really go one way or another, to be honest. I would definitely like to see the relationship between Revan and Meetra explored in a film. I think Evangeline Lily could be a good Meetra as well
