I'll have a scary feeling that this Beiber nonsense just might be the real deal. The front page of the script is incredibly detailed for it to be a fake and I doubt Funny or Die would bother going to those lengths, but here's hoping I'm wrong.

@BlackJack10 I hope sure hope you are right and I agree that placing a logo on the cover page of a script is a bit unusual, but the film is blending two of the most iconic symbols in the history of pop culture, so maybe WB is plastering it all over everything. Also, the logo reveal at Comic-Con may not have necessarily been the final product. We could be looking at the final product here.

And if this script was produced for a Funny or Die video, why all the detail? Why include the WB contact information and legal copyright jargon? Why include the "based on the Dark Knight Falls" line? If it was a prank Beiber made himself, how would he know to reference that title?

Beiber is not an actor, but WB clearly thinks it needs more star power to drive this film, as evidenced by selecting Ben Affleck for Batman. Perhaps some unimaginative executive is thinking "My daughter loves the Beibs, so putting him in this movie would ensure that teens would see it. Yeah, that's the ticket!"

So, this is a publicity stunt for a comedy show?
Okay. I don't know this kid much, so I wouldn't have cared if he was in the flick, as a Son of Batman or something, but if this all just a prank, then I'm starting to hate the guy a little.
The whole "The Dark Knight Falls" thing is interesting, though. If it is a prank, perhaps they've been in touch with Warners for help on making it authentic?
Because if that's the case, then we have a really juicy morsel about the film.

I mean, if it's "Based on THE DARK KNIGHT FALLS", then not only is that hypercool, but it could mean that the Joker will probably not be in it, Carrie Kelly will already be Robin, Yindel will be Commisioner, there will be Mutants, Sons of Batman and Jokers, but there will be no Mutant Leader, per se, we will probably have Corto Maltese and the nuke and other things like perhaps Sarah Essen-Gordon, etc. It's really specific to be just based on this one book.

It's also a lot more feasable to adapt just the last book and still have all the elements necessary to re-introduce Batman and have all the sequel elements of Superman. This one book doesn't take as much setting up as all four or just the second half. Not nearly as much setting up.
Although, I would've preferred it if they did go for the second half (HUNT THE DARK KNIGHT and THE DARK KNIGHT FALLS), because that way we could've had the Joker and even HarleyQuinn thrown in for good measure. And since we are probably going to see Lex Luthor (and maybe Mercy Graves, for good measure) that would have made the film a little bit more like the World's Finest animated movie.
Also, Goyer already gave us a vague adaptation of THE DARK KNIGHT RETURNS and THE DARK KNIGHT TRIUMPHANT with The Dark Knight Rises. It wasn't that faithful an adaptation, but was a version of those two books. So it would make sense, artistically, for him to do the second half, even though it's technically a different franchise. It just kinda makes sense. And since this is Snyder, it will undoubtedly be a lot more faithful to the source material and, as such, we might get to see Mutants and shit, this time.

i know that this is fake and all..but i would like someone to play a robin in the movie..well maybe not suited up or anything, but a cameo from someone playing either dick, tim, or jason...man imagine if it was jason and it planted the seeds for a jason todd/red hood batman project
