Looks like all the figures will come with cute little glow sticks.

I see another dissapointment... makes me glad they opted out doing ThunderCats. Another great 80's cartoon

Hey post the spoiler scritp...the script sounds interesting to me....

Zartan looks a lil blah...
I think that the directors are sure their will be a part 2 so they are just setting up the basic story and not making it too heavy the first time out. I think they want to leave something for you to look forward to.

Next movie, will see hooded CC and more familiar items.
Just like transformers without Sound Wave...you knew a part 2 was coming out.

Obviously, the thing that is ruining these movies are crappy action figures. People are making movies just so they can make terribad toys for children. First, Deadpool and now this.... ;)

The new Destro action figure reminds me of the Red Skull. His uniform looks like like a Nazi uniform.

hopefully though, its the toys that suck, and are cheap, and the movie is different. I'm feeling that the movie will still be pretty good. Destro looks good, I'm glad to see they gave him his mask. Zartan looks fine too, like vonstallin said, they're not going to go crazy-go-nuts on the first movie, i'm sure if there's a gi joe 2, we'll see ragface, hooded zartan, and more of the costumes we know

These action figures better not be at all indicative of the quality of the movie. They look horrible and as someone else mentioned, cheap.

Man, these toys totally suck.

I remember having to save proof-of-purchases and send away for Major Blood before he was even a regular character, Zartan too I think, and they were awesome. I wanted to believe this movie would be OK, even if cheezy and over the top. But my faith has been stripped to the bone. What child molesting butt puppet is running Hasbro these days?

Nice! I'm glad they went with that look for Destro.

And to everyone who said the action figures look cheap. I agree, but you have to remember that these are "GIJOE" action figures. They look just as cheap as they always have. Not to mention, they are for kids 4+. They're meant to be played with.

They'll most likely have action figures for collectors available too. I'm sure those will look a lot better.

Zartan is supposed to be a master of disguise. I didn't really expect him to have a "real" face in the movie, so I don't really consider him to "look" any specific way, it's just another disguise.

Destro, however, actually looks good (as a character, not the figure). I might be able to forgive Cobra Commander for this.

I am just shocked Zartan didn't get the xmen treatment too. What a shock he isn't in ultra cool black. Destro no surprise gray is a shade of black.

I know the economy is down, but where the hell are they making these toys?

I mean, seems as though they are dusting the 80's machines sending them to Kuala Lumpur and making the toys there (were they just received the machines and have no idea how to use them)

I can't be the only one who understands this movie is just a vehicle to sell tons of toys. That making a good movie is not part of the equation, and that GI Joe has nothing to do with either of these, toys or movies...

i said in this in the Cobra Commander one and i'll say it again cause you guys just proved me right,whatever they give you guys,you're all just gonna attack it cause you all just want something to fuss about,Destro looks great and you're compaining,we've already seen what Zartan was gonna look like and this is the toy of him,so why are you crying about something you've already seen?

tell the truth,would you actually praise a movie version of Zartan with make-up on his face and and a hood runnign around in this day and age? i don't think so,and wining about the toys.......did you guys lose your memory or are you just stupid now? the toys are the same as the regular ones except they're just the movie version! you guys are soo annoying,someyimes comic book movies shouldn't be made because of you people

Are these just the toys avaliable at pound land? I mean, they are making some better ones aren't they?

Why couldn't they stick to what the old GI-Joe/Action Force toys were like? Those were amazing! All the movement of classic Action-Man that fit's into your hand!

I just hope they have Zartan's gang the Dreadknok's in the movie somewhere. They were my favorite. You guy's remember them? You remember. They were the shit. That crazy ass gang from the bayuo. The character Buzzer was my favorite. He was the one that had that chainsaw with diamond teeth that could cut through anything. Zartan's sister was in the gang as well.....cant remember her name though. By the way....people need to chill out on the movie for christ sake. I think it's going to be just fine. Relax. Give it a chance. If you remember most people were freaking out about Transformers at first too. Some of the character's were in different cars, it wasnt going to have some main character's in the movie, Megatron wasnt going to be the gun he originally was.....ect. And look what happened....the movie was awesome. It will be the same for GIJOE. Bet you. Soooo some of the character's got alittle tweeking on how they look...so what...but not by a whole lot. You can still tell its them. Hey....anyone out there

Until now we only have the teaser trailer to judge the movie... and it looks like we have another dumbed down fantasy/action/hollywood.

If this movie in the end is more or less as good as transformers, I retire my words. But maybe I am too optimist.

All I care about is that Snake Eye's looks like Snake Eye's. And he does! He was my all time favorite character, as with most people. Silent and deadly. I hope they are true to the comic/show that he is mute. If he walks on screen chatting it up with Duke about the whether......Im going to bury my face in the popcorn.

@ lilej2- Sad to say I think was looking to see that classic Zartan, but frick it!, its whatever. As long as he holds it down as the Master of Disguise...i figure it was one of those translation issues where it just couldnt work on film to have him dressed like that. Will miss that hood and kiss make up though.

BTW: Some said something about him turning green in sunlight. I could have sworn it was blue that he turned.

I think this movie will be epic and i cain't wait to see it come to life on the big screen. I mean here we are they have the means to make a GI JOE movie and you guys are shitting all over it. How can you complain about Destro not looking like the "high quality" '80s action figure? Stood up next to each other, they look almost exactly the same. Also, why would you want the movie to be exactly like the cartoon? Just get the cartoon on DVD if that's what you want to watch. It was never that great in the first place, just a way for Hasbro to market the action figures.
