Mason Cook Joins THE LONE RANGER; New Casting Call Seeking Asians
With Walt Disney's troubled Lone Ranger production finally beginning production next month, another casting call has been issued. Also, Spy Kids star Mason Cook has revealed that he has a role in the movie.

Walt Disney's Lone Ranger is finally getting ready to begin production, as the Armie Hammer/Johnny Depp starrer is set to begin filming on February 3rd and will conclude on July 20th, and will be filmed in various cities in New Mexico (such as Albuquerque and Santa Fe). Via Feature Film Casting, we have another casting call for the production. This one is calling for Asians to play railroad workers in the west. In addition, other supporting characters are currently being cast in Los Angeles.
"The extras casting director for Lone Ranger is seeking the following types:
Asians to play emigrant railroad workers in the late 1800s old west.
In other Lone Ranger news, Mason Cook - who was recently in Spy Kids: All The Time In The World - has tweeted that he has a part in the movie. Many thanks to nailbiter111 for the heads up.
The Lone Ranger is set to hit theaters May 31st, 2013.
