I'm a Bible reader and have studied it for years and The Bible does state that during the days of Noah there were giants as mentioned in Genesis 6:4 "There were giants in the earth in those days;.." but never mentioned anything about a giant helping Noah.

I sure hope this movie will be as good and accurate to the Bible as 'Passion of The Christ' was.

Hulk2008@ you'll either be pleasantly surprised or sadly disappointed. this is much more of a big spectacle movie rather than the boring torture-fest that was "the passion"

while it is "accurate" in the sense that Noah builds an arc and gathers 2 of each animal and all of that i think they take many more liberties to make it a better story and a better movie. these giants for instance had 6 arms in the draft i read which was written by aronofsky. someone has sense come in to re-write it so i'm not sure how much has changed. while "the passion" was gibson's love letter to catholicism, "noah" is more popcorn fare and in my opinion better for it.

Its more like post apocalyptic fantasy film than straight bible film.
Probably is going to be very melancholic too considering its Aronofsky who directs it.

Anyway i cant wait to see it. :)
