VIDEO GAMES: New INJUSTICE: GODS AMONG US Gameplay Footage In Battle Arena Videos

The first two official gameplay videos from Injustice's weekly "Battle Arena" have been released, and they feature Batman vs. Bane and Wonder Woman vs. Harley Quinn. Hit the jump to watch and to find out who will win.

Injustice: Gods Among Us is a fighting game that blends classic Arcade style gameplay mechanics with an intriguing storyline that pits classic DC Comics characters against each other in unique combinations (hero vs. hero, villain vs. villain, etc.). The game is developed by NetherRealm Studios, and Ed Boon, of Mortal Kombat fame. Players can expect over-the-top action that is suitable for players of most ages, and a single-player storyline that provides the background for the unique character match-ups possible. Addition features include: more than 20 DC Comics heroes and villains, a variety of different attack levels, unique attacks for each character, multiplayer support, and more.








Injustice: Gods Among Us will arrive April 16th on Playstation 3, Xbox 360 and Wii U.

This game looks so [frick]ing boss. Why can't Marvel put out a fighter like this? UMVC3 was great but with limited modes and no chance for any more DLC, it won't keep me sated for much longer.

I'm actually very impressed with Harley Quinn combos. Can't wait to get this and hit the training mode for all these characters.

The fighters that lost had way better combos than the winners. Especially the Batman v Bane fight.

The thing is that Marvel VS Capcom 3 is more oriented to hardocore gamers and fighting fans than to comic book fans, even with all the characters, all the nods to the comics and the great voice acting in the end what matters is the gameplay.

Injustice looks cool so far, with a lot of fan service, but I don't see it in any EVO tournament in the future.

And thats what Batman´s armor should look next time in the big screen.

Also loving how Batman is kicking Bane all over the place like some damn ragdoll.

love the look of this game, batmans combo with the batmobile is cool and i love the arkham inmated beating the shit outta you in the level change cut scene lol

In the Mortal Kombat movie Scorpion says GET DOWN HERE when he's fighting Johnny Cage, which was obviously a play off of what he says in the games.

Im not so sure that why they have Batman say "get down here", but i guess it could be.

This game is shaping up! Batman's finishing combo was badass! I love the Arkham City stuff.

I think we all knew Wonder Woman would win against Harley Quinn. And WW's costume in this game would translate really well to the big screen IMO.

I for one cannot see the point of these types of games. Love the Arkham serious though.
