Latest GODZILLA Behind-The-Scenes Still Teases An Evacuation

Legendary Pictures has been sharing some cool behind-the-scenes stills from the set of the anticipated reboot Godzilla, and now the studio has posted the following image on its Twitter account. As you can tell, it certainly isn't as surprising as others we've seen recently, as it only features a pile of documents. However, it might tease some intriguing info from the currently-shooting film, such as a possible evacuation of the Farallon Islands (which is approximately 30 miles from San Francisco, which will see an attack from the titular creature). So, not much, but what do you think?

Godzilla stars Aaron Johnson, Ken Watanabe, Elizabeth Olsen and Bryan Cranston. The film is set to hit theaters May 16th, 2014 in 3D.

i really hope we can at least get a teaser trailer in front of man of steel but that wont happen
if not man of steel then maybe pacific rim??

I love people complaining about set photos when before this it was, "Oh my god nothing's happening, it's in development hell." Grif, we're not going to see Godzilla until post-production... when they're done shooting. They've got to film the scenes to put him into, you know. People will bitch about anything. Sometimes I wonder if they even want the movie at all. Finally, all of you are not seeing Godzilla and the other Giant Monsters BECAUSE THEY ARE CGI, do you really expect them in these photos?!? You won't probably see a photo of them not until Comic-Con 2013 and/or after.

@Gnyah123

I hope there's a trailer in front of Man Of Steel, hell it would be better. I know why people want one in front of Pacific Rim because Godzilla is a Giant Monster, but Man Of Steel WILL have a way bigger audience than it. Either way I hope there's a teaser in front of both movies and maybe other films as well.

I wonder if they're gonna try to keep the look of this Godzilla secret like the 90's version. All the old trailers and ads before and up to the release only showed feet and the tail. Then I saw the movie and got disappointed. Please don't let me down again!! I love me some classic Godzilla! Bring the old magic back with today's effects!!!
