I'm gonna bust a nut when those HISHE guys do Batman v Superman.
Zickafoose - 5/29/2014, 7:27 AM
He is right! But completely wrong about why people showed up for Captain America. BvS is certainly going to win but Cap will put up his own for the weekend.
Atumbem - 5/29/2014, 7:28 AM
This guys an idiot. MOS was garbage and they have the same director directing the sequel, so batman v superman is no slam dung. I'm not watching it in the theater. I'll wait cause I don't trust Zack or Affleck.
MrReese - 5/29/2014, 7:28 AM

BvS will definitely be the winner.

"You wanna know why Cap 2 broke box office records? It wasn't because people were starving for a Cap movie, but it was people who were starving for an action movie and superhero movie."

Lmbooo!! This dude went in. It was still a great film, but there is some truth behind it. Had about 10% of major competition and basically the entire month of April. I'm glad it got tons of attention though and being a good film at that should teach Marvel a lesson about their solo flicks!

I'm actually anticipating BvS more than Cap 3. NO I'm not saying it will sh** on it or Cap 3 will be garbage juice with ice but I'm looking forward to it more than Cap 3 without a doubt! Can't wait! 2016 is going to be THEE golden year man!

Cap 3 could easily hit 1billion though to be honest. But keeping it in the same slot with BvS may dent it's numbers somehow. Not drastically but probably by about 200-300million (just guessing) either way we're all going to see both! lol
Doopie - 5/29/2014, 7:33 AM
Both have the potential to be great films but I do think BvS will win (initially at the very least) for exactly the reason this guy says - Batman and Superman in the same film for the first time ever!

I'll go and see both. Who needs to take sides?
Brainiac13 - 5/29/2014, 7:35 AM

Get this on Main guys

TheRationalNerd - 5/29/2014, 7:36 AM
The hardcore MCU and DCCU fanboys are going to go full retard on that day man! Make that 3 shows I'll be catching. lol

Yes thats why it lasted several weeks at the top unlike something like tasm 2. No its cause it was a really great movie you moron. Another reason to hate cinema shit. They aren't just annoying they're stupid too

Snotzo - 5/29/2014, 7:52 AM
I do believe BvS will win the weekend, but I also believe that Marvel should not blink, and not back down on this date.
BoomTubeB - 5/29/2014, 7:53 AM
most of us are gonna see both films! But Bats vs Sups will win that weekend!

@ Omega
I'm hearing the line There's no excuse in Zods voice right now.
grif - 5/29/2014, 8:25 AM
not funny. i would see cap 3 instead any day
ThePowerCosmic - 5/29/2014, 8:32 AM
I'll be seeing Cap 3 two times that weekend.

CinemaHero - 5/29/2014, 8:32 AM
I usually like Cinema Sins, but this guy really missed the mark this time. Batman V Superman will make some serious bank, but their profits will be cut by Cap guaranteed. Both movies will suffer, but B v S has a LOT more riding on it. Like, an ENTIRE cinematic universe. Cap 3 is just one of a bunch of franchises Marvel has going for it. Even if they lose at the box office, Warner Bros. will be the real loser.
Besides, Marvel had the date first. I'm still pissed that they moved B v S there instead of any other day, anywhere else that year!
Come on guys... not cool.
DrunkenNukem - 5/29/2014, 8:34 AM
it´s funny...because it´s true
VisionaryNPA - 5/29/2014, 8:36 AM
I'd see Cap3 over BvS: DoJ.

Synder's adaptation was good, but (to me) it needed MORE, and LESS in some areas. But other than that, solid film.

TASM2 fell after what, week 2/3? hmm...
ComicFan523 - 5/29/2014, 8:38 AM
One of them should move, even if its just to the weekend after. This whole thing is just upping the ante on the DC vs Marvel BS.
Pasto - 5/29/2014, 8:38 AM
So I can either see another film about a man dressed in the american flag.....or I can see a film for the very first time starring two of the most iconic superheroes in human history.....

I wonder what I'll see first.....
KallarkKent - 5/29/2014, 8:38 AM
Funny but I don't think Cap should be underestimated.
