The Red Mist Smokes Weed!

Christopher "McLovin" Mintz-Plasse discusses his Kick-Ass character!

Fan anticipation for director Matthew Vaughn's adaptation of the Kick-Ass comic book by Mark Millar is high, and, apparently, so is one of the film's main characters!

Actor Christopher Mintz-Plasse (Superbad) described his Kick-Ass character, the Red Mist, in a recent interview with MTV:

"My character is very more out there, very open with smoking weed and is like, 'let's go out there and fight crime!' and Kick-Ass is very aware of what's going on around him."

For those who have not read the comic book, Mintz-Plasse did not want to give away any spoilers, but said that he did get to see some action.

"I have one-and-a-half fight scenes. I can't tell you what it is."

	Josh...I could watch that all day! Im really perplexed by Plasse being cast as Red Mist. Now, obviously I haven't seen the movie but he seems like the last person to play that part. Mist is supposed to be the cool kid that Kick Ass looks up to..not the other way around. Also, whats with the outfit? It really tripped me out when i went to a convenience store there cause everything is in English and french where as everything here is in English and Spanish.
