Joker- he's taken out mobsters before, even one thats as tough as Kingpin would fall prey to Jokers unpredictability

Silver Banshee- tailor made to beat a guy with heightened hearing

Silver Surfer- decent fight, until Surfer starts rearranging Shazams molecules

Dr Manhattan- one gesture and Iron Man explodes from the inside

I know a lot about Kingpin, he's physically tough yes, but Joker can take a beating and the weapons he has on him usually are more than enough to keep the fight even or kill the Kingpin; joy buzzer, acid flower, razor sharp cards, guns, knives, bombs etc...these are thing the Joker carries on him always and he's not afraid to use them nor is he afraid of pain, he actually loves it which makes him very dangerous. Kingpin thinks like a regular criminal, who's to say Joker doesn't shoot him on sight for wearing a white jacket, or for being fat, or because he doesn't like bald ppl?? Batman also has peak human strength and is a much better fighter than Fisk and Jokers gotten the drop on him many times before, because he's unpredictable, psychotic and very dangerous.

The Joker has constantly been depicted in the DC universe as being feared by a lot of his physical superiors and theres a reason for that, the dude is not to be [frick]ed with.

Joker vs Kingpin-Joker with either kills him with the joybuzzer or joker gas.

Daredevil vs Silver Banshee-Silver Banshee for an easy win.

Captain Marvel vs Silver Surfer-Surfer posses to much power for Marel to deal with.

Dr.Manhattan vs Ironman-It hard to beat a character who can rip you apart on a molecular level before you could even think about it.

Kingpin: Joker will win this because Batman fandom is what it is, but honestly, the Kingpin has gone rounds with Spider-man. He's used to dealing with super-powered opponents and underlings... more so than the Joker, actually. There is nothing in Joker's bag of tricks to make me think that in a surprise meeting, the Kingpin would not simply dominate by sheer physical superiority. Face it, if Joker was that Johnny-on-the-Spot with his joker gas, most of the batfamily would be long dead, still regretting that their masks leave their mouths and nostrils exposed.

Banshee: Tailor-made DD opponent. Not much more to say on that.

Surfer: He's just in another league. A lightning bolt isn't going to phase him.

Dr. Manhattan: Duuuuuhhhhhh.
