Punisher is leagues ahead of your average street thug. But you're putting him on Batman's level, that's a bit ridiculous if you ask me.

so its not cherry picking virile, its who the guy is, hes the best a human can be at most everything, peak abilities, all that jazz. Truth is, Batman is out of Franks league, hes THE ninja, you dont think he cant get around any trip wires or whatever that Punisher would set up?? hes breached the highest security places in the DC world i dont think a perimeter of claymores would stop a stealth master. And iI am going to say that the movies dont count because they arent an accurate interpretation of comic book Batman, Neither movie series depicted the peak human worlds greatest detective.
