He's just too strong and vicious. I think he'd beat BANE after a good fight too. Batman would give KingPin a good fight and cause some damage... but KingPin would beat him in the end.

Most people don't realize King pin can hold his own against Spiderman. Holy demon, daredevil has super senses and normally fights foes that are considered super villains. Batman fights other humans, like Joker and Penguin, Riddler and Mr. freeze. Just because you like him does not make him all-powerful.

Now that being said, Batman could win this battle, but Kingpin is much more powerful and much more difficult to defeat than people realize...he isn't fat, he's solid muscle and highly skilled in physical combat. I agree with what has already been said, that he is a lot like Bane and as such,could easily break Batman the way Bane did if he ever got his hands on him...I'd say this is a 50/50 shot regardless of what the current votes say
