It can be DC, Marvel or any other Comic company, you choose but without a single doubt I have to say that there is nothing better than Seeing that anticipated comic you want hit the shelve, there is nothing better than seeing that comic you grew to love and learn cover to cover become an adaptation, it does not matter if it's a series, Movie, animated movie, a short you name it, but NOTHING delivers more entraintment than Comics & their many ways of life span.

For me like many others it began with My parents buying me toys, I had everything from Batman, X men, Hulk, Robin, Superman, ETC...over the time I started to grow I found myself glued to the TV eating up every hero show from X-men (all the series from the 90's- 2011), Batman ( BTAS, TNBA, BB) Superman (STAS) Justice League & Justice League Unlimited, during my time watching all of these characters I held in my hand I slowly learned about their true nature, some I liked more than others, meanwhile I also discovered comics and while I was not to keen on reading them and storing the only for them to get damaged because of time, I slowly started watching a few live action shows, and while at the time they amazed me, my illusion grew tired.

Finally recently (from a few years back) I was able to make it rain and them hoes enough money to mount my collection it started small, with a few DVD's of The Dark Knight Trilogy but then, I got focused, I sold my DVD's and upgraded to Blu-Ray and started my collection from nothing a less than a year ago, with only buying the most expensive version of the Movie (Steelbook, Slip Covers, Special Editions, ETC) and thanks to that I can say I am HAPPY that I will be able to share with my current & future friends, family, love ones, children & more my collection, I will be able to explain them the Origins, the reboots, the differance and maybe the biggest joy of all I will help someone become a fan, I will save someone from awful recycled Dramas, Boring "Reality" shows and all around repeated and reused content and shows the industries spits out and that makes me happy, because Comics and it's vast open world no matter if its on paper, digital, tv, movies or anything else you can alway smile at the little and big details, you can find that guilty pleasure in that bad movie, you can find inspiration in these characters and their stories no matter who tells them, what voice they have, what style they are drawn or acted in, comics is the most open universe in entretainment and that alone makes me happy.

Now, I am sure everyone has a different way to interprete the happiness movies, comics, novels, Graphic novels, live action shows, live action movies, animated movies, animated series and etc bring to them so please share with me and with the rest of the CBM.com Community.

Here's the last pictures I took of my collection, it since has been updated a little bit and I will soon start to expand onto Live Action & Animated DC Series, Below the pictures I wrote the movies, year and what it is, I hope you can appreciate the effort, cost and sacrafice this costs a fan.

Someone doesn't like Marvel...
Pasto - 7/28/2014, 1:22 PM
LMFAO! You must really hate Marvel.
Objectivelybiased - 7/28/2014, 1:28 PM
Fun little article. The grammar is frickin' weird in some places as letters are capitalized in the middle of sentences for no reason. But I seriously do not see the Marvel 'hate' that people are referring to here. Just because you own mostly DC stuff and your name is DC ...there doesn't seem to be any actual HATE for the competition ...which is refreshing on this site. Just because you like one brand does not mean you have to absolutely HATE the other. It just means that other brand either does nothing for you ...or doesn't do as much as the other brand.

Things just are not that black and white.
yossarian - 7/28/2014, 1:29 PM
You own Jonah Hex and Green Lantern on blu-ray? Were they White Elephant gifts?
DCGuy - 7/28/2014, 1:31 PM
@Objectivelybiased sorry for the grammar English is not my native language, also the big letters in some places is because I used to write like that in another page and it stuck with me as a bad habit.
DCGuy - 7/28/2014, 1:32 PM
@Pasto @TheReddestHood with a name like DCGuy you expected me to have the entir Marvel collection & a Shrine dedicated to Howard the duck right? LOL nah I don't hate just don't like them, I like DC and Collect DC only :)
DCGuy - 7/28/2014, 1:32 PM
@yossarian pls.
Objectivelybiased - 7/28/2014, 1:34 PM
@DCGuy
In that case, that is really good for someone's whose language is not English. I have certainly seen much worse from actual English speakers. Again, it is definitely a 'list' article that is not JUST a list.
DCGuy - 7/28/2014, 1:38 PM
@Objectivelybiased thanks, the point of the article was to not include the list but as I tried to get more specific with what sole thing of comics made me happy I guess the fact that owning parts of history is the biggest one for me
