Taking everyone's favourite superheroes and re-imagining them as housemates in Australia more concerned with chores than fighting supervillains, was certainly enough to catch the eye of the judges at the first VOD Viewster's Online Film.

With the win the online series, produced by Severe Comedy and co-written by Jeremy Brull and Paul Michael Ayre (who also plays Superman) managed to return it's budget ten-fold and was something the creators definitely did not expect: "After a year of struggling to get this series out to the masses, the idea that we just won an international contest with it - had caused the two of us to go into a mild case of shock" said Brull after the win.

Catch part 1 here where Superman has difficulty accepting the admiration his friend and housemate, Batman, has garnered over the years.
