Have the latest batch of Amy Adams set photos improved your opinion about the look of Lois Lane?

Man of Steel is an upcoming American superhero film under the development of Zack Snyder, Christopher Nolan, and David S. Goyer. Based on the DC Comics character Superman, the film will be a reboot of the Superman film series. Using Chicago as a backdrop, and with production to be based in west suburban Plano, the film entered principal photography in August 2011, for a planned theatrical release on June 14, 2013 by Warner Bros., which also includes IMAX venues.

"Clark Kent/Kal-El is a young twentysomething journalist who feels alienated by powers beyond anyone's imagination. Transported to Earth years ago from Krypton, an advanced alien planet, Clark struggles with the ultimate question - 'Why am I here?' Shaped by the values of his adoptive parents Martha and Jonathan Kent, Clark soon discovers that having super abilities means making very difficult decisions. But when the world needs stability the most, it comes under attack. Will his abilities be used to maintain peace or ultimately used to divide and conquer? Clark must become the hero known as 'Superman', not only to shine as the world's last beacon of hope but to protect the ones he loves."

Why does Snyder have to change everything in this movie?

Cute, but I still would've preferred the dark haired look like Olivia Wild, but she is a good actress (Amy Adams).

I don't mind the look difference. And Snyder shouldn't be blamed for everything. You guys must remember that the executive producers and regular producers have as much power as Snyder does with the film. And the Studio has even more power than him. Then again, can't name the faceless.

Amy Adams is a great actress and I couldn't worry less about her performance. Nolan and Goyer wrote the story, so everybody's being too picky. This is the time to reinvent. Nobody complained with Batman being reinvented back in the friggin' eighties, lol.

She looks good in the role. I just rather her hair be darker. That's like using a blonde actor to play Superman aho didn't bother to dye his hair... No matter how great an actor he is

Is the dark hair one in the first pic her sister? like twins . . . my opinion

Its different, and while the changes looks bad at the moment,I like that hes making his own film and not carrying on reeve's,im sorry but you have to let go of reeve's films sooner or later, the only thing im not looking forward to finding out,is if its dark and gritty like 300 and watchmen,i hope it isnt

Amy Adams is the perfect age for Lois Lane. When Clark is hired at The Daily Planet, he is assigned to work with Lois, a slightly older, renown and experienced reporter.

Olivia Wilde was terrible in Cowboys & Aliens and I haven't seen a bad Amy Adams performance. She's the perfect choice!

That first picture of Adams she is giving off a good Lois vibe with her expression. Not my ideal candidate for Lois but interested to see how she performs in the role.

... Amy Adams as Lois Lane and Ann Hathaway as Catwoman, two boney women who look nothing like their comic book characters they are portraying. But looks are only half the role, still, lois and catwoman both gotta donk, these bytches and even got C tits.

Traditionally, Lois has black Hair, though for a period from the late 1980s through the late 1990s, Lois was depicted with brown hair in the comics. She started with red hair in the original Sunday papers.

@CherryBomb you look much better with Brunette hair :D though the red was good too lol.
Fastestmanalive
Fastestmanalive - 10/11/2011, 8:08 AM
Still dont like the red hair, and she has more of a cute-sy little girl look, Lois should be sexy looking with that no nonsense look about her.

Like Teri Hatcher, or Erica Durance had.

Adams does not have that essentiall Lois look.
Minghagz
Minghagz - 10/11/2011, 8:17 AM
Not attractive IMO. But hopefully she puts on a good Lois Lane.
Fastestmanalive
Fastestmanalive - 10/11/2011, 8:23 AM
And yes Noel Neill had red hair but that was it, in all other movies or tv shows, Superman movies, Max Fleisher cartoons, Lois and Clark, Superman TAS, Superman Super powers, Lois has always been depicted with black hair, or at least brunette in the case of Smallville, but besides for NN 50+ years ago she NEVER had bright red hair.

And as far as the comics go, she had jet black hair for 50 years until crisis, then they gave her dark red highlights, but still dark brunette, but in the past ten or so years shes gone back to jet black, but never red.

Bottom line, although yes she hasent always had jet black hair, it was always dark and never bright red.

Its like giving robin bright red hair, not cool.

I'm still not sure if she's right for Lois Lane...

But whatever, I'm still convinced this will be the best DC film yet

Changes can be forgiven if a strong performance is given....

but in a Zack-"Rapist Zombies"-Snyder movie, I would not bet on it.
