Not bad. Seems to a more edge than Smallville's Green Arrow.

It looks good. But these shows have a history of only lasting a season or 2. Smallvillle had Superman to work with. Green Arrow is a much lesser known character with a completely different mission and feel to him. I do like that it appears to be gritty though. I will give this a try, and pray it works out for DC/WB/CW.

That was pretty sweet. - - ^^ The Cape got a little sloppy with some of the storylines and strayed and that's why I feel it fell apart otherwise it'd still be on TV.

looks interesting enough, but even if it is good, 2 seasons max I predict...new tv shows just don't last anymore for stupid reasons sometimes.

Great action, more violence, stylish. I like what I see. Looks like he's going for the kill instead of trying to bring them to justice. Nice angle! Did the CW grow a pair?

Looks like they took a few clues from Batman Begins as far as tone and plot, etc. Not bad so far. I'll have to give it a day in court.

This show looks ok better than smallville already from the preview But geez give the guy a mask c'mon! And if they go the movie Route with this franchise,I Think Charlie Hunnam (Jax)from Sons Of Anarchy would make a perfect Green arrow If they made a movie has the accent and the build etc..

Ummm hello this show was already on tv...remember it was on for almost a whole season....they put the finale episode online instead of on tv....it was called THE CAPE....it was one of the worst pieces of shit ive ever seen on tv (and i have seen the jersey shore)

Can I make a side comment about something that goes on in TV and movies (not as much in movies) I HATE the fact that everyone has to be beautiful and perfect. Here is a guy who spent five years on an island alone, and he comes back looking like a model, with perfect skin, no scars, etc. Its just like that new show Revolution everyone is talking about I saw the trailer last night ...same thing its a post apocalyptic world that is supposed to be harsh but everyone looks beautify and pampered like they just walked off a runway. Why not cast a more roughed looking actor with natural real life miles on their face...idk some one who looks like they have "been through it" ...that doesnt mean they have to be ugly just idk REAL?

....Its like Stallone joked when he was making the expendables (the first one) he put out a casting call for a Latin American militia and all male models showed up, so thats who he originally cast but he ended up hating it because instead of looking like a militia of men from Latin America he ended up with a militia of male models ...so he cased a bunch of MMA fighters from Latin America cause they "looked beat up" and guess what the movie sucked but the actors looked the part
AHHH I FEEL BETTER NOW ... thanks for who ever just read my rant

Looks like DC is reaffirming that they can only succeed with Batman and Superman. Jesus, GIVE US A FLASH MOVIE. That isn't... Awful.

I'm still not 100% about superheroes going to TV.
Smallville got really corny and campy a few seasons in. If Marvel starts to follow suit with their HULK adaptation, it will only dilute the character for the big screen! Especially if Ruffalo isn't going to be on board for it.
This Arrow show now is almost going to do the same thing. I say almost because Green Arrow is such a minor character in the DC universe, this show might just promote him for movies later on.

You guys needs to seriously stop comparing everything to Smallville. Really, its annoying. Enough already. The people who worked on Smallville have absolutly NOTHING to do with Arrow so get over it already.

Looks really good. It has a lot to live up to; The Green Arrow was one of the only things that I REALLY liked about Smallville. I like the direction they're going with it.

The trailer seemed to be what I was looking for - a little "edgy-ness". I will watch Arrow with hope that it doesn't turn into a soap opera. If they get a good blend of intelligent story lines and action they could have something decent. However, I still hate his copycat, rehashed, over processed origin. But it is what it is.
@TheSmytheFactor - The reason why I did not watch the WB was because everyone, unless they were a villain of some sort, resembled a model - a bad acting model.

Hurray, finally CW has a DC hero again. Tis a little strange not watching one after 10 years of Smallville.
Arrow is a far better choice than Raven. I just hope that this trailer doesn't go the same way as the trailer of Aquaman.

The bottle cap eye patch looks a little too big. A decent performance will help me over look it however.

i think the monocle is was to big and clumsy it hangs to low and looks like its from a cheesy steampunk cosplay
BUT if it were smaller and more streamlined it would look fine

Canary doesn't look like much of a fighter.
And it looks like they're trying to humanize Deadshot, instead of just keeping him as the jerk he is in the comics.
I hope this doesn't get too touchy feely.
