Sendhil Ramamurthy Returns to HEROES: REBORN as Mohinder

TV Line is reporting that Sendhil Ramamurthy (Heroes, Beauty and the Beast) will return as Mohinder for the upcoming Heroes Reborn. Read on for more details.

With Heroes Reborn looking to be both a fresh start for the once popular comic book TV series, and a chance for familiar faces to return, it was almost inevitable that we would get a few more familiar faces added to the cast.

Along with Jack Coleman’s Noah Bennet, Masi Oka’s Hiro Nakamura, Greg Grunberg’s Matt Parkman and Jimmy Jean-Louis’ The Haitian; we can now add Sendhil Ramamurthy to the cast. Sendhil Ramamurthy played Mohinder, a scientist who studied the evolution of the heroes and villains (and along the way developed powers of his own -- but we best forget that part).

Mohinder's character was referenced in a recent trailer shown for the press, but it's only recently that the character has been confirmed to return.

Heroes Reborn is a 13-episode series, which premieres in the fall on NBC.

I can never help but laugh whenever i read his character's name. He's clearly South Indian actor, but the character name is just a generic, non-area specific name.
Still, better than naming him Raj or Ravi :/ Those are like the John and Jack's of India.

Seems a lot of originals will back,sad for Sylar and Peter,still hope for Claire.

Now why can't they resurrect a show that I really want to see? Heroes was good those first two seasons. That last season though was a mess.

I liked him when he was a nrmal scientist trying to find people with powers. They wasdoing to much making him a person with powers.
