sequel is a must, loved this film! Fassbender as Magneto was amazing (even if the costume wasnt), and McAvoy's Xavier was brilliant!

Jean and Cyclops can be in the sequel if its set in the 70s because thats when they were recruited in the film continuity. Iceman and Angel can't be though. I know Fox mess with continuity but most can be explained in far-fetched ways Iceman and Angel wouldn't be able to be explained though.

I heard a rumor that Fassbender was up for James Bond after Daniel Craig. I would totally go for that. Also, yes to the real first class next time.

THEY SHOULD JUST REBOOT THE WHOLE X-MEN FRANCHISE WITH THIS CAST. Except Mystique looks the same as in Singer's movies so that won't be possible. Oh well.

CYCLOPS IS A "MUST" FOR THE SEQUEL! AMAZING FILM!!

SCREW ALL THESE CONTINUITY ISSUES!!

The film makers should either totally ignore the past films continuity and do what they want, or BETTER YET, introduce Cable and Apocalypse and say the timeline got all screwed. Use that as an explanation.

No they didn't. Scott was recruited at the end of X-Men Origins: Wolverine which was set in 79 when the Three Mile Island accident happened. Which means the first X-Men film was set in 93/94 and the second in 94 because they say its 15 years after Wolverine lost his memory. Which means 20 years before three would be the 70s/early 80s.

In keeping with X1, X2, & X3's continuity with the ages of the characters Storm, Jean, or Cyclops won't come in until the 3rd film in late 80's.

Idea 1: Make Magneto's hair white Idea 2: explore the relationship between Azazel/Mystique and give birth to Nightcrawler Idea 3: Call it...X-Men Second Class? Idea 4: Recruit Storm and Jean at the end of the movie, this will make fans demand a prequel threequel Idea 5: Make Magneto's hair white Idea 6: Give us Gambit in this one if not the third prequel Idea 7: Sinister, Shadow King or Apocolypse Idea 8: Mutant twins Quicksilver and Scarlet are born Idea 9: Magneto makes a magnetic field machine or something and bring me to #10 Make his fncking hair white
