PonyBoy12000 - 2/13/2012, 8:29 AM
This looks like a fun movie. I'm a little vampired out but this looks like something a bit different. The incorporation of history and vampire lore looks pretty cool.
thewolfx - 2/13/2012, 8:31 AM
uh... i have no clue what to make of this
StrangerX - 2/13/2012, 8:31 AM

Looks better than I expected but wish they had Speilberg's Lincoln cast, love to see Daniel Day Lewis killing vamps as Abe.
blazin201 - 2/13/2012, 8:33 AM

TheGreenRanger - 2/13/2012, 8:33 AM

Looks like bad ass Axe's are back in fashion we got the Huntsman wielding one in Snow White and Now good Ol Abe
Ranger14 - 2/13/2012, 8:40 AM
Makes no sense to me. Abe has superpowers?
wookieslayer - 2/13/2012, 8:42 AM
Looks cool, albeit a little strange.......I think next they should do a George Washington movie in the vein of Pineapple Express, chronicling his Potomac "hemp" distribution...and hilarity ensues!!
Hellsing - 2/13/2012, 8:44 AM
@Ranger14 I can see how the trailer is weird but how the [frick] did you come to the conclusion that Abe has superpowers? Is it because he cut down a tree, you don't really need super powers for that
RorMachine - 2/13/2012, 8:45 AM
Hmmm..had no interest in this, but that had potential. Instant props for using Johnny Cash in your trailer for starters.
siddhant1138 - 2/13/2012, 8:48 AM
So this is what women like feel when they have multiple orgasms....
ShadyTurtle - 2/13/2012, 8:55 AM
I don't know. I just really do not know what to make of this trailer.
diomc - 2/13/2012, 9:04 AM
Just one moment, I need to pee.
RorMachine - 2/13/2012, 9:07 AM
Hellsing, well, to cut down a tree with ONE SWING, yeah you kinda do.
AlexDeLarge87 - 2/13/2012, 9:10 AM
Nice!8)

Loved the book so i hope this gives it justice.
jessepostal - 2/13/2012, 9:14 AM
Looks sweet, but the Johnny cash thing has been done a few to many times
Jolt17 - 2/13/2012, 9:19 AM
Looks pretty fun, and looks like a standard action movie at the same time...then again, it could be fun. Not sure; I'd love to be interested in this, but this doesn't attract me that much. I think I'll get a chance to check out the book first.

And wow, an ax can blow up a tree, I see.
Ranger14 - 2/13/2012, 9:19 AM
"Ranger14 I can see how the trailer is weird but how the [frick] did you come to the conclusion that Abe has superpowers? Is it because he cut down a tree, you don't really need super powers for that"

lol...um...it's obvious from that question and statement that you have never cut down a tree. You don't shatter a tree with a single swoop of an axe like that. He either has some sort of superpower or the axe is imbued with some sort of power...or a combination of both. Either way, it is a ridiculous depiction of one our country's great presidents.
OnLeatherWings - 2/13/2012, 9:31 AM
ummmm is it just me or was their nothing in this trailer that suggested that it is vampires he's fighting? with the exception of the title i would never think that
Dusk - 2/13/2012, 9:32 AM
WHAT THE....?
ThaMessenger07 - 2/13/2012, 9:32 AM
Badass Axe action pretty much sold me along with awesome music....
LP4 - 2/13/2012, 9:36 AM
I read the book a few months ago. Still hoping it includes the [fricker]tboat fight against the old vamp lady and the barn scene with slaves getting eaten by vamps.

Honest Abe's always beeb my favorite president and watching my fav president kicking vampire ass will be schweeeeeet!!!
LP4 - 2/13/2012, 9:36 AM
*been

Damn typos
Newbus - 2/13/2012, 9:39 AM
Is this based of a novel / comic book? When I was younger I seem to remember a book where Abe fought vampires.
Newbus - 2/13/2012, 9:40 AM
@LP4

How old is the book you read?
Bandrews1 - 2/13/2012, 9:44 AM
Looks intriguing.
nailbiter111 - 2/13/2012, 9:45 AM

Shaman - 2/13/2012, 9:46 AM
This doesn't look any worse than Priest. But doesn't look any better either...
MovieTheaterLad - 2/13/2012, 9:50 AM
Would love if the soundtrack were done by Titus Andronicus. That would've been badass on so many levels.

ManofSteel23 - 2/13/2012, 9:51 AM
GAY,they used that same johnny cash song at the beginning of dawn of the dead
joeker - 2/13/2012, 10:06 AM

JackBauer - 2/13/2012, 10:15 AM
Looks badass.

As long as the vampires aren't emo and don't sparkle, I'm in.
